Bought a 2011 Subaru Forester on 4/20/24
Two days later the check engine light comes on, checking the codes we get a bunch of cylinder misfiring errors. I call Canyon View and they quickly say its an issues with the spark plugs. I take my weekend to drive to the dealership so they can replace them. When I left I realized they didn't reset the check engine light so I had to turn around and go back.
Two days later the check engine light comes back on AGAIN. Now, two months later the power steering is failing. The car isn't even heavily used, I only use it to drive 10 miles to work.
Either they have no idea how to identify car issues OR they are selling defective vehicles. Neither is a good look.
To Canyon View: Don't bother responding unless you plan to offer me a refund or pay for mechanic who actually knows what they are doing.

BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. we purchased a honda odyssey. Me and my wife went to look at minivans we had a very specific price range we had absolutely no wiggle room in that price range we found the van we wanted it was exactly what we had in mind and had everything we wanted in a mini van we were a little worried about the price but ultimately they made sure that we left with the exact van we wanted for the price we could afford they even stayed late after hours just so we could test drive the vans and talk about everything they were absolutely amazing this was the third time I have baught a vehicle from them and I promise it will not be last they will always be the first place I go when looking for a used car they helped me and my family out with this van more then they will ever know I can honestly say they are a used car lot ran by honest and good people who are not just doing whatever they have to to make some money they will always make sure you get the car you love and that it will run great and last you a long time. Best experience I've ever had buying a car new or used.

What I love about Canyon View Auto Sales is that once you meet them they instantly make you feel like part of the family which is cool since it’s a family owned lot with mechanics on site.
