Set up an appointment a week in advance, got there a few minutes late to drop it off and they said they won't take it in, after a week of waiting. Go to tri state of you want better customer service and care.

Review for Services Department:
I've been taking my car to this department since 2020. Every time I've been happy with their work and honesty. TC is my favorite person there. He's honest and I trust his assessments. Their service prices are fair and they've always dropped me off and picked me up when I needed it. I'm thankful to have them around and this was a big part of my decision buying my second Chevy. The fact that I knew I'd have good and honest services when I needed it.

I wish I could give this review separate stars for different portions of our experience. DO NOT GET GAP INSURANCE FROM HERE!!
The sales staff is always fantastic in our experience and the service is always just what you would expect from a reputable dealership. However do not under any circumstances get the GAP insurance for your vehicle from them, it has been nothing short of HELL getting anything done with it and now lawyers are involved in what should have been a cut and dry insurance payout.

Shout out to Bradshaw Chevy on Main Street!! My Equinox was having trouble starting and I had to get it jumped several times. I took my car to a small local tire shop and they tested my battery and alter and told me that the battery wasn’t the issue nor was the alternator. They guessed that it might be one of the computer systems which would have been a very expensive fix. They told me I would need to go to a Chevy dealership and have them run an electrical diagnostic check. So I took my car to Bradshaw’s and they checked and found that the battery did need to be replaced and they couldn’t find any other issues with the car. Since it was such a simple diagnosis they cut the diagnostic fee down to 1/4 of what it would cast and they replaced the battery and even set me up with a monthly payment plan to help me pay for the fix. I am so grateful and very impressed with their customer service. They also provided me with an empty office space so I could work with my laptop while waiting.

Always get good service for my car here. Easy to get appointments. Prices are very reasonable for repairs. If you've had an accident and need repairs, don't let your insurance company send you elsewhere. Can't beat Bradshaw's prices.

TC and the crew were amazing! We limped our truck to the dealership with 2 horses in tow and 2 dogs in the car. It was very hot and we were concerned for the horses health. TC and the team check and repaired our truck and got us back on the road within 2 hours! They even gave me local connections for a stable (just in case). Well done! We really appreciate it! Honest and quick!

Went to look at a black FJ cruiser here. AC wasn’t working at and parts were hanging off/ missing. When I asked to talk money because I was a serious buyer. They wouldn’t at the very least give me a better deal besides the price quoted online, or accept my offer of fixing it. It’s very shady that a dealership with a mechanic shop would not charge an AC especially when I gave a 3 hour heads up that was I coming over. It means they’re either too cheap to fix a 20$ problem or they’re being shady about a 2,000$ AC work up. It wasn’t the price that turned me away it was the feeling of dishonesty, the female says rep that never replied to my calls and texts and the uneasy feeling I got. The owner is a veteran and gave me a 5 minute cheesy speech about how my service was so valuable and they would take care of me. Wish I could give a 0 star review, but the price declining every other week is good enough. Went to Dixie Auto Sales paid more for a better vehicle, they worked with me on price and guess what?! The AC works and there was no shadiness!
