Even after the sale, Jared has been incredibly responsive answering my messages quickly, even on weekends. When I ran into an issue with my car after a month (a common problem with this model that I should have researched better), he immediately took responsibility and worked hard to get it resolved.

I was in such shock with how great the communication was from the shop while they were giving my Tacoma after a crash.
Their original estimate was that they would have it finished in November or December (because of parts of backorder), but it was finished in early October!!! So awesome!
