Battery depot installed 2 Deka batteries in my diesel truck at the end of 2016. I just replaced them at the end of 2023. I was a little apprehensive buying this brand because I hadn't heard of it before but getting 7 years of use proved otherwise.

I had a dead battery today in Cedar City and called Battery Depot to see if they had a battery for a BMW.. They did! I drove over to their location and they where very polite and nice to deal with. The replace the battery and I was on my way. They were awesome to deal with. Their batteries are very reasonably priced. I called them first and I am so glad I did. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs a battery or a rental truck or trailer. Awesome place and easy to find.Thanks for saving our day!

I have done business here for a long time, but no longer - I sent my wife in to have them put a new battery in her vehicle, the person that helped her had NO CLUE what he was doing, ended up breaking the clamp on the negative cable so it wouldn't tighten, and instead of taking 2 minutes to remove the battery hold-down bar he BENT IT up 90 degrees to get the old battery out.... SERIOUSLY?? if it wasn't for a U-haul customer who noticed what he was doing and offered to finish the job she wouldn't have known any different and would be driving around with an un-secured battery and a loose connection. I hope the tech enjoyed the tip she gave him anyway, because he certainly didn't deserve it.
