George Talamantes went above and beyond! About an hour out from Cedar City my ac stopped working. My fiancé, cats, and I were suffering in the heat and as soon as we got to Autozone, he went out with my fiancé and checked out the car. He messed around with something that fixed it!! Bummed he wasn’t able to take a tip because he saved us so much time, money, frustration, and heat exhaustion!

Came in to get so thing to fix a leaking break line while traveling from Iowa to LA. When I asked for the parts I had researched George, an employee, discouraged me from doing my own repair. Gave me a sermon on liability. The parts were cheaper on Amazon anyway so I left.
UPDATE : I ordered the parts on Amazon and for less then $40 I fixed it till I get home. Lesson learned here is best to order online then to deal with incompetent in store employees.
Update May 3rd 2024, I contacted customer support and of course no answer from anyone!

Last time I came in a couple years ago the guy yelled at me if I didn't have a mask I need to leave.
Today the first kid that was helping me was a dark skin kid with black curly hair. He had to take a cell phone call right in the middle of helping me and left me waiting for 5 minutes until the older gentleman asked if he could help. He was very friendly and helpful.

Cannot express enough how impressed I was with the staff of AutoZone in Cedar City, particularly Roman, who really went above and beyond to help us with urgent battery issues which were more complicated than expected, near closing time, in the middle of our road trip. Thank you so much!
