“First time to Brighton. Got here at 8am on Wednesday and Thursday and was able to park in the first row both days. Excellent groomed runs. Most of the time not much wait for the lifts as they run pretty smoothly. It didn't seem overly crowded and the runs never seemed too busy or unsafe. The blues and greens were fun with lots of variety. Some moguls. Some in the trees skiing and plenty of fun. Had a private lesson with Lisa and she was top notch. Night skiing was also a blast with plenty of runs to choose from. Food was excellent. All the staff were friendly, helpful and plentiful.”

“What an amazing ski area. I've been to over 60 US ski resorts now and would say that Brighton by far has the best low angle tree skiing in the country. While there aren't a lot of great on-mountain lodging options here, the resort is connected to Solitude, which has a very nice village area and lots of lodging options in it's own right. We stayed there during our visit as skiing back and forth from Solitude to Brighton is very easy.”

“Top notch luxury with access to amenities, including complimentary breakfast buffet and the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tubs with an unbeatable view. Unfortunately the kiddo splash pad was under maintenance, but it’s been a hit in the past. Because of the layout of the residences the stairs can be a little tricky with little ones (4-5 levels).”

“Although I didn't stay at the resort, we held a few meetings in their event rooms. Webb Productions supplied the audio-visual equipment, and the resort staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Webb truly excelled with their content and presentations. It's refreshing to work with a company that offers professional gear and knowledgeable AV experts. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”

“Beautiful Best Western with very spacious, clean rooms. The guest room has a small living area with sofa, large refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was very soft and designed with an aray of soft and firm pillows. There are several amenities available for guests including a large indoor pool, arcade games, pool table, ping pong, and a very nice fitness area. The location is perfect; next door to Whole Foods, across the street from a Walmart, and walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The lobby has a very home like feeling and the staff is very helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“As amazing as Park City Canyons is in the winter with their pristine powder and incredible activities for all family members, visiting in the Spring and Summer to enjoy their trails is also STELLAR. The hotels offer ski in, ski out but also hiking and biking trails with unparalleled views. We cannot wait to return in a few months for movies under the stars and to enjoy High West beverages by the fire again!”

“Dani was wonderful! I had a few questions after a very nice soak. She was very friendly and helpful. I was sorry to see someone give her a hard time when she very politely asked them to wait outside for their scheduled time, multiple times. Dani was still extremely professional and polite. This was a wonderful experience all around. I absolutely recommend it to anyone interested!! Just fallow the rules please. ?”

“This is one of the greatest ski lodges on the planet, period. Since the St. Bernard Lodge in Taos closed three years ago, they have no peer. Located in the historic soul of America's skiing - Alta - sorry Aspen, Jackson Hole & Sun Valley, my latest visit, during the now historic road closure and ski area's "country club" days, April 2-7, confirms my opinion. In short, when unprecedented snow and wind cuts you off from the rest of civilization, produces historic, massive, tree-laden avalanches that not only close the road but spill across the valley into the ski area, and you continue to serve guests in world-class fashion, without missing a beat, tells the story of Alta's Rustler Lodge.Kate Pollard, along with her husband, and former Mayor of Alta, Tom, guided their guests, the staff, and the ski area to not just endure, but to thrive during two days of Interlodge shutdown and two days of endless deep powder skiing. When no one can travel up or down Little Cottonwood Canyon and no one knows or can say when the road or ski area will open, it was Kate who pointed her young staff to always do the right thing. It was Tom & Kate who made sure that the Rustler has plenty of their famous all-you-want-to-eat menu of American cuisine. Breakfast and dinner are included. Simply put, if you don't love the food, you have ordered something you don't love. At the Rustler, feel free to order something else!If you have skied anywhere in the world you know that staff are young folks looking for a winter (or two) of skiing. At the Rustler, I met engineers, pre-meds, and others who were all smart, respectful, and responsive to guest needs. I observed a sweet and caring babysitter one afternoon only to be greeted by this lovely person as my housekeeper the next morning.I have stayed in every class of room the Rustler offers, except the dorm (but friends have and say it is good!). The Rustler difference is that Tom & Kate and Jeff Anderson, the owner, continually reinvest in the property. On this last trip, I stayed in a recently renovated "Cecret" room (#205). While it is impossible to change the size or structure of a hotel room, if you thoughtfully create a comfortable living space with every imaginable need close at hand, i.e., glove and ski-boot warmers in the closet, easily accessible new coffee maker and humidifier, it feels like an old leather jacket - so comfortable you wonder why you haven't put it on in so long! The spa facilities are world-class. Steam, sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a pool - everything one could want. After a day of skiing, a wonderful massage, steam, and soak are perfection. So too is the Powder Tools ski shop. Why leave the Rustler when one can get your boots expertly adjusted by a FreeRide Professional skier?I could go on, but you get the picture. If you are lucky enough, book a room next season, and pray to your God for one day of Country Club skiing!”

“The appartment with the balcony and the jacuzzi was large, modern and spotless clean. Excellent location, very friendly, helpful service.Parking is free and very convenient. This would be my first choice for my next visit.”

“Have you ever sat in a bland over priced hotel room in a ski town, staring at the vague "art" poster hanging on the weirdly yellow wall in a frame that cost more than the "art", and wondered where all the nice, roomy, and attractively finished places that you see in movies are? Well, look no further than the Caledonian. This place was fantastic. The rooms are well apportioned and nicely kept up. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub outside was amazing. The location is central to the best entertainment area of Park City, which made it super convenient. Check in and check out was the easiest of any place I've stayed. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Park City!”

“The Newpark Resort is a great option for locals to escape and enjoy the mountains. We enjoyed the hottub on the balcony and the ease of accessibility to shopping and restaurants. The fitness center needs some better, updated equipment, and it isn't totally quiet given the shoppi center below. We were woken at 4am by a show plow. Overall, the resort is great, and we'll return.Comfortable beds, great bathroom, in unit washer dryer was nice. And we loved being able to cook our own meal too!”

“This place was amazing! We didn't stay here, but utilized it for our wedding photos and the spa for services prior to and it was perfect! We scheduled a hair appointment and my mom got her nails done prior to the wedding on the sleigh rides that happen. While my hair appointment was very over priced, it is the stein and we expected it. It was definitely something I could have done on my own... but it was nice to be pampered! The spa ladies were so kind and kept my dress and flowers in their office and checked on us throughout our stay. The decorations in the lobby for Christmas were AMAZING. And we had a blast utilizing the Stein! The pictures turned out phenomenal on the back patio with the slopes in the background, and the fact the sleigh rides pull right up to the door made this incredible.”

“We had a trip w 10 girls planned for Park City and we feel so lucky to have found this place. Everything was absolute perfection from the minute we stepped in the doors. Matt went above and beyond. Sarah was wonderful as well. The service was incredible, the staff made us feel like family and we never wanted to leave. The food and drinks were all divine. The location couldn't have been any better. Checking out on our final day was depressing but I can't wait to come back! Would never consider staying anywhere else in Park City. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!”

“Diamond for life here and I’ll say right up front I would stay here again. Stay was in the fall and off-peak so my review may not be valid for all seasons but for the time I was here it was a very good stay. Hotel is older, lodge feel of the older Doubletrees. Bar is ok, pricey. Breakfast is $17 for the buffet unless you’re a HH Gold or above then you get two free each morning. It is good, bacon is thick and crisp and the staff is super nice; actually they made breakfast the best part of the stay. Rooms are nice, again dated but clean and comfortable. Balcony is kinda silly though, faces the pool with trees in between and no chairs. Pool, heated and hot tube is nice and big. Sooo is this the nicest Doubletree I’ve been too? No it isn’t, but it is nice. If you come here expecting modern and new you’ll be disappointed. If you come here expecting comfortable, clean, good service and food...you’ll be more than happy, I was.Updated from 4 to 5 Stars. I’ve stayed here several times since this post and I have nothing to complain about. The staff has accommodated my requests the best they could and can. I’ve been happy with the ski valet. Great place”

“I visited Park City for the first time. I could not go skiing so we decided to pay a visit to the hotel and check out the Mountain view for dinner and drinks. Absolutely loved the place, the ambiance, the view. During winter season there is a special party on the top of the mountain with music. Had a great time. When in Park City go check out and have a drink.”

“My dad and I stayed at the hotel for our trip to Park City. The rooms were nice and staff was really friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The shuttle to Park City was great but we did find ourselves waiting a little longer than we would have liked on the pickup from Park City ski slope. I enjoying using their gym. They were able to accomodate a late checkout for us which was nice. We will definitely come back and visit.”

“Beautiful hotel right in the mountains. Can’t wait to go back! Only downside is my check in was super late (supposed to be 11, and I got it at 3pm or later). Spa was amazing!”

“For the more intermediate riders, Snowbird is huge, heavenly and challenging. There are 3 parts: Gad Valley, Peruvian & Mineral Basin. Gad for beginners. Peruvian for a greater challenge and Mineral Basin for the most heavenly views. The sun shines most on Mineral. The texture of the snow on a good day is either groomed and clunky untouched powder. Lots of cat tracks. Lots of fun jumps off the side of the runs. Tree runs. Nice hotels. Best views from the pool and hot tub”
