All the bad characteristics of a poorly managed, high pressure sales dealer. They focus everything on getting you in the door and pushing you to sign on the dotted line with no help or consideration for the buyer after the sale. I ended up paying interest on a truck I traded into them because it took them almost a full month to send my financial institution a check to pay off the truck when they promised they would send an overnight check. I called six times over those weeks asking why the check hadn't been sent, with promises to be called back and never was. Overall terrible experience. Shop elsewhere, and save yourself a lot of headache and wasted money.

Second time I've been to the dealership, poor poor management, they put on brakes the first time and we're supposed to clean out my truck when I picked my truck up it was not cleaned out. I spent two hours with the guy helping him clean it out as I was leaving town the next day. Thought I would give this dealership a second chance. Second time was even worse than the first. I had some things that needed to be done on my truck was transferred. Several times told them what I wanted thought we had everything straightened out the next morning I get a call from, the dealership asking what needed to be done on my truck. call to check on my truck about three hours later to see if it was done they had not even started anything on it and had detected that there was some kind of leak in the 4 x 4 system waited for quite some time for somebody to call me back and let me know what was going on finally had to talk to the manager. of the Ford dealership to get anything straight. I was left on hold so many times that I had to hang up and call back so that I could get somebody to speak to me. after changing my oil in my truck, they did not even reset the meter so I had to call them back again today to see if. Did actually change the oil. This place is less than desirable, and they need to send their employees to better training and customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

Sold me screens for the back seats of my car. Screen was different than what I was shown and I asked for it to be removed. They said they would get back to me with an appointment. Never did. Weeks went by with daily calls to the dealership. Nothing. I eventually issued a chargeback with my bank 2.5 months after purchase. ONLY THEN did they decide to finally reach out to me and are demanding I pay for the screens that were not the ones I was shown when purchasing.

My experience with Young Ford was not a very good one. Robert reached out to me wanting to buy my vehicle. A day goes by and I message "Good afternoon, Robert. I just wanted to make sure that we are still on for tomorrow". No response until the morning of when I was supposed to meet him to sell him my vehicle. If the lack of communication wasn't bad enough. When I'm about half way up to Brigham City (mind you I'm about an hour and half away). Robert shoots me a message saying that he can no longer buy my vehicle because he didn't bother even looking at the ad that I had posted on KSL. So you're probably asking yourself why does this experience matter to me? Well if they are willing to miss such a simple detail on multiple occasions. What's them from making a mistake that could cost you more money. In short stay away from Young Ford in Brigham City and if you do end up going there work with someone other than Robert. I promise you having someone else who crosses T's and dots there I's could save you from a potential financial disaster when he makes a mistake.

I have a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor, we are traveling from Arizona and the rear window rolled down and won't roll up. I called Young as soon as they opened, the service advisor wasn't helpful and was rude. I explained it was an emergency situation and long drive we have with a toddler in the back seat, he would not even try to help us out. I can't image how there actually service work is if this is how they handle issues.

Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to diagnose a problem with automatic locks, but learned that it was user error. However, while there, they also did a multi-point inspection and recommended the brakes be replaced. When I asked for a quote, Mark McFarland told me $800 and that he could have it done by the following day. I didn't hear anything from them and tried calling at 2:45 PM the next day. I was told they were too busy to talk. When Mark called me back around 3:00 PM and told me that they ordered the wrong part so it wouldn't be done until 6:00 PM. I was not available that late, so I agreed to pick it up the next day (Thursday). No one bothered calling me on Thursday either to let me know it was ready, so I didn't pick it up. On Friday morning I called to check on the vehicle and they said it was ready to pick up. No one bothered to let me know. I had to contact them every time. When I showed up to pay my bill, I was told that it was actually going to be $1,822.60. The nice billing lady was confused by the charges as well and had me talk to Mark again. When I confronted Mark about his $800 quote, he claimed that he was only quoting me for the front brakes. He then pointed me to his hard-to-read chicken scratch handwriting to show that he had priced out both. There was no explanations or anything. I was frustrated about being lied to, but went ahead and paid it anyway to avoid confrontation. When I checked my bill later, I noticed that they charged an extra $100 for "Misc. Charges" but nowhere in the bill does it explain it. I have no idea what that is for. I will never again get mechanic work done at Young Ford. In fact, I will never buy a vehicle from them because I don't trust them. Total scam and rip off. Mark was very deceptive with me.

5 stars to Trace. 2 stars to the dealer. NEVER go to a dealer without being pre-approved. They will absolutely ding your credit every way possible to attempt to get you approved. My credit is good. Just a couple points off of good enough. Something I was honest with them about before I spent 5 hours trying to make a deal. Waste of time. Will buy somewhere else.

Most car dealers would offer you a ride home if it was going to take a little while. They would prefer to have a senior citizen who paid for all the extended warranties walk six miles home with rain coming.

I'm not quite sure how this company is still open to this day but I was in a completely different state and my wife and all my 6 kids broke down and Brigham. I call the dealer looking to get a tow and a set her up in a rental and got nothing but an attitude is it's not our problem we don't need to help and it up calling a dealer in a completely different city one hour away and they stepped up to the ball plate drove all the way up to pray gum in a shuttle pick my family up told my vehicle to their shop and put my wife in a rental as they repaired her car. There is no way I'll ever work with the young company again every time I'm in one of their dealerships it's nothing but making sure they're not trying to rip me off swindled me take avantage or not even provide any customer service this Diller embrace them should be shameful of their professionalism

So I went to Young Ford last Saturday to check out a car that they had that was in my Price range, and i went with my mother. My mom had told our salesman Bret that We weren't buying this car for over 9500. He said he understood and that he would do what he could. We probably waited for about an hour until he brought out some numbers that didn't make sense. At all. My mom kept on asking to see all the calculations herself, and all that he and Nanette would do is talk around her. She dropped me off at work after all of this, called them back, got the numbers, and they were trying to get me to buy this damn Kia Soul (that was priced at 8600) for 14000. To add on top of that, the following Monday we tried again so they could correct their mistake, and they tried to sell the car for 10500 the second time. Which we couldn't afford, which we told them literally the first day. We said have a nice day. Not even 15 minutes later, a guy who was the salesmans supervisor, I think his name was Chet, called my personal number, was extremely unprofessional in this call, talking over me when I was trying to explain what was going on, and just would not. Shut. Up. So in short, do NOT go to this dealership. They are a bunch of scam artists.

I have a pretty long review on google, but for yelp reviewers, beware. Very dishonest practices. They were amazing when it was McFarland, but they replaced all of the service leads with new guys and it's just not the same. I bought a used car from Young with their 3month/3k mile power train warranty and in less than that the clutch started acting up. They denied my claim and made me pay for it (to the tune of $1500). I just found out yesterday that there was actually a Ford extended warranty on the clutch, and Ford is going to reimburse me, a year and a half later. I asked the guys at the time if my car was covered under that warranty and they told me no. I now go to another dealership and they confirmed it should have been covered.

I can't say enough good things about the experience we had today with this dealer. My daughter was traveling cross-country and had issues with her car, they got her in, and fixed it immediately. This was very refreshing. They helped out my daughter and were as kind as they could possibly be. I will always be a fan.
