We bought a truck from young ford three weeks ago. We traded in two of our vehicles for this truck. The very next morning I discovered.I could not get up in the truck due to medical complications. We called young ford to see if we could bring it back as it had not been driven at all. We explained the situation and were told they would not help us. The truck had not been driven at all, No money had exchanged hands yet and it seemed to us to be a very simple thing to do, under the the unusual circumstances . They have lost more than one customer over this certainly us included. We should have looked at the customer reviews before buying from them. We see now why they were so terrible.

I will not ever step foot in this place ever again. At 9 am yesterday I made an appointment for 3 o'clock today to look at a car they were bringing up from Morgan. Arrived at 3 pm today to be told they sold the car yesterday. No one had decency to call me and tell me not to waste my time driving down from Tremonton. Very rude if you ask me.

At first the salesman was very nice not pushy but then we got called to test drive a car they would have brought down from Morgan coming from tremonton made a appointment to test drive it the next day at 3 got their and was told it sold yesterday the same day they made the appointment for me to test drive not one phone call to say it was sold

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever interacted with. After test driving the vehicle and deciding we would buy it for $500 off the finance manager went back to the room and the price of the car had managed to go up $10,000 and they were willing to discount it down to only $7,000 more than it was listed at on the website. What a steal of a deal right? Completely dishonest individuals who give the industry the bad reputation it has. To drive 2 hours to get a car and have them pull this garbage should be criminal. Also beware - they tried very hard to get my social to run the the loan. Would have been a hard hit to the credit for them to show me financing for $7k more than we agreed to. Their rates were also WELL above market financing rates. Can’t tell people to stay away enough on this one. Only positive was the salesperson Dennis who was great.

Wishing like hell I had looked on Yelp before coming here. 4 trips to the service shop more than $4000.00 and still can’t use my AC. Not sure if they are as corrupt as the day is long or incompetent as the night is dark. Told me the work they did would be warranty for two years and then asked for another $1500.00 today.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone at the dealership were kind and friendly. They were able to find a suv from another dealership and bring it to the Brigham location for a test drive. We ended up buying it.

Never again will I go to this place my 4 year old twin daughters were sweating and miserable and hot from the heat yesterday and one of my wires came loose from the butt connectors under my glove box so thinking people would understand and be mindful of my daughters I drove and asked if someone could either A. Take a quick look B allow me to use some pliers to connect it back up really quick and the tech was a straight A hole and was very ignorant to me and my daughters however there were 2 men from the lobby that deserve very high praise the one gave my daughters his laptop and some goldfish and allowed them to stay inside while he got another person from the lobby to come out with me who tried to help his best and also tried to ask the tech for a pair of pliers witch he told him no as well very rude and unprofessional and I was very unhappy with the way he was so disrespectful and was very rude when trying to explain the problem or question. I do however want to say thank you to the other 2 gentlemen who were very kind and as helpful as can be and very generous to my daughters I apologize for not getting the names of these 2 gentlemen but thank you

Mark was great to work with. Mark spent the time and made sure all our questions were answered, and if he didn't know he would take the time to find them out, and then get back to me as soon as he'd figured it out. On the other hand the hand the lead sales rep butted in while we were discussing things with Mark and was supper annoying and wasn't listening to my concerns or questions or what I wanted and what I didn't want. Also the finance manager didn't seem like he wanted to spend the need time with us. He couldn't answer most of my questions, and he gave us inaccurate info about our interest rates and payment amount. He seemed to only be focused on pushing the add-ons sale which I wasn't interested in.
