I went to the drive thru and I sent my check and 2 forms of ID in and the lady told me to come in she was rude about it and they couldn’t accept my check cause it was different and pointed to the signature and the written part of the check but wouldn’t tell me exactly was different but she wouldn’t cash it and maybe my bank would very rudely said with all the scammers witch made me feel like she was insinuating that I was I felt embarrassed and humiliated.

Worst experience at a bank ever! 2 tellers working and one lady standing around doing absolutely nothing in the back with 12 people in line! Waited almost an hour to get help and then they charged me to cash a check from THEIR BANK!!! I know who I will never get an account with!

Horrible customer service. I came to this branch to ask something quick about my account. So, next to the tellers theres was a useless lady standing up there (probably the supervisor) and I just walked towards her to ask her something quick, and I was greeting her and she rudely cut my greet and with a straight face and a arrogant attitude started being dismissive to me saying that she didn’t have any money and could not help me… When she didn’t even had any idea of what I wanted to ask. Was that difficult to answer to my greet and say: “Good afternoon, I am great, Thanks, how are you today?… So sorry but we close in 15 minutes, but is there any question? Our tellers will help you shortly”. What a disgrace of person in charge of the branch, was that attitude because she was ready to go home? or was that because I am a latino and she was having a discriminatory against me? How awful and deplorable attention from her.

One teller, with a massive line. It’s upsetting that Wells Fargo doesn’t just hire more employees. It isn’t necessarily this specific branch’s fault. It’s just frustrating.

Really helpful bankers. I used Janie as a notary for some local things, and she also helped me with some international banking matters as well. The tellers were also great.

They are very kind and because of how much I go in there most of them know me by name which I think is more than they have to do so I recommend this for your banking! And when I have a problem I call and them almost always me and solve my issues.

I first walked into this bank in 2018 when a furniture store's promotional credit card failed to send me a bill. The service was excellent and the problem was the store failing to post a purchase. A decision to move and needing nation wide banking services prompted us to open accounts here. Again the service could not be better. Johnny and his team have been an outstanding experience every time.

I've been with Wells Fargo a little over six years now. I've had to deal with the Brigham City office since they closed the branch here in Tremonton. Recently I had a very frightening moment when I thought I had wrongly deposited a very large check. A gentleman from this office worked with me over the next two days to straighten things out and could not have been more courteous or helpful. He even called me several times to follow up and make sure everything was okay. He made what was a very precarious situation calm, and handled it gracefully. A+ service.

Use EXTREME CAUTION (ZERO STARS) with your cash transactions here: 0 confidence in their banking system. I attempted to make a cash deposit, and the teller pulled out only part of the money from the envelope and stated the total she had counted. When I disputed the amount, she pulled out $500 more and still came up $500 short out of the total cash amount. Even stranger when I spoke to a manager, he informed me the police would not be called as they handled these types of claims with an internally audit. Naturally, I called the police regardless and WF refused to provided information without a subpoena and cooperate with a reasonable investigation. Rhetorically, if you took money (even by mistake) from WF, wouldn't the police be the first call they made? Won't bank with Wells Fargo again, and will be closing all of my accounts here at my earliest convenience as I don't believe my money is safe here. On one separate occasion in a different part of the state, the WF ATM came up $50 short. Fortunately, I recovered the missing $50 later on when a balance of the ATM cash upon serving showed at least an additional $50 variance over than what should be there. However, no action was performed as they claimed to be not certain to whom the money belonged prior to my follow up inquiry.
