Worst experience at a bank ever! 2 tellers working and one lady standing around doing absolutely nothing in the back with 12 people in line! Waited almost an hour to get help and then they charged me to cash a check from THEIR BANK!!! I know who I will never get an account with!

One teller, with a massive line. It’s upsetting that Wells Fargo doesn’t just hire more employees. It isn’t necessarily this specific branch’s fault. It’s just frustrating.
