DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!How does this store have a 4.6 rating with all the negative posts!!!When I bought the “Family Device Protection Plan” I was told that my devices would be replaced “free of charge”, “No questions asked”I was pretty excited when my daughter’s phone was replaced as advertised. (That was in Great Falls, MT)I went into the store in Brigham City and they told me it would cost me $99 to replace my son’s phone.When I called the store in Great Falls they still told me it was free.So, in my opinion, this store is trying to take your money!!Do not trust them and go somewhere else if you want to be treated well.

If I could give negative reviews I would.We had a phone on our account that just completely died while on the charger overnight so we had no choice but to go in and pick up a phone.First, the new iPhone was released and there was only person working, which made it a circus from the get go, but we had no choice because we needed a phone. We didn't care about the newest phone release and if we had a choice in the matter, definitely wouldn't have waited or would have called in or ordered online.When it finally got around to getting the phone, things seemed fine. Until I got my bill. The lying girl who helped us did not tell us she was changing our plan. We had a grandfathered plan. She totally screwed us on our bill, and a phone fee that a monthly payment on would have been around $26 a month, now made our bill go up by almost $60 a month before taxes because she changed our plan WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.We were under the impression of paying a certain amount for the phone, trading the old one in, and nothing else on our account would be changing. That's exactly how she presented it. And we got absolutely none of that.Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for almost 30 years Verizon? Then, after waiting HOURS and after looking at my bill, we finally looked at the receipt. There's a charge on there of $39.99 for a set up and go fee, which I understand is for having her help with the phone. The damn audacity after waiting HOURS AND HOURS and the full blown out LIES then she had the balls to charge another $40 for her "helping" us? Wow. Just wow.I would avoid this place at all cost. They clearly do not value customers and only go for the sale. I'm sure she got a kick back for "upgrading" my plan.

Grey was awesome and juggled several different customers at one time helping us all get what we needed! She deserves a raise! I was impressed with her customer service skills and I could tell she knew what she was doing. She worked fast and was efficient.

Mohmad was absolutely amazing. He did a phenomenal job taking care of us while taking care of other customers. He spent an extensive amount of time with us to make sure we were taken care of completely. We really appreciate the customer service provided by him and the patience he showed.

Mikayli was the best customer cell phone staff I had ever had in 30 years of cell phone service. No question to small. Now she is gone from Verizion? A huge loss for all customers. I so hope she got a store of her own, anyone know?

After my husband's phone was destroyed in a car accident in December 2022, he went to this store and was offered $800 trade in credit and purchased a new phone. Phone was ordered and they couldn't issue the trade in credit because they had set thing up incorrectly. I had spent countless hours in the store in the beginning and have continued to spend 1 1/2-2 hours on the phone every month with Verizon trying to get this straightened out for the last 8 months. I don't know if I would ever be willing to work with this store again in future, the hassle of trying to fix the mistake has frustrated me beyond imaginable!
