Power along with plenty room and no hassles by the owners # a very adequate workplace. After all, Tools and parts aren't being stored for no reason. However, I would find it Tacky to use it as a full-time, primary jobsite/headquarters.

This worked for the short time we had it.However the lack of being able to to connect with a person over the phone is a little frustrating, also we had rented one in the middle of April and had all our stuff out of there by April 30th.We let them know...they wanted us to send a picture and we were unable to get back over there so they tried to charge me like 20.00 dollars so fast forward to today this morning they tried to charge me 100.00 early this morning then tried to charge me again for 265.26. And we didn't even rent a unit that cost this much.Shady business.If you rent from them do not save your card information or your going to have unauthorized charges....even when you move your stuff out.

This storage facility is super nice and clean. I love my big storage bay with a high enough door to park my truck inside. There was an issue with my rubber weather strip thingy on the door breaking off and management came right out to replace it just by texting them to see if they would! Haven't had this good of customer service at any other storage place!

New management has been VERY responsive and helpful! Great customer service so far. I also love how big the units are. Plenty of room to back your boat in. Units are high enough you don't need to worry about your tower either. Boat owner's dream!

The new management is very responsive and more helpful than the previous owners. They already fixed my roof that I have been complaining about for months and gave me a credit for getting on autopay. I am a fan so far...

Units are very big with plenty of room to maneuver. Also have high ceilings so you can really stack up your stuff. Tessa is a dream to work with, love the new management!

I rented a larger space for my boat. There’s not many options in the valley for boats. Units are clean, spacious and reasonably priced.New owners painted and cleaned up the property too.
