We had the best time shopping at the room loft. We were able to find so many beautiful items for our home. Leslie and Attysen were amazing!! They were so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. Thanks for making a usually a stressful experience a wonderful one.

I found some bedroom furniture I really liked at another furniture store. I called The Room Loft to see if it was something they had or could order for me. Laura was so helpful and friendly! She took the time to find what I was looking for and was able to get it ordered! I am so glad I called them because not only am I saving hundreds of dollars by going through the Room Loft, it also includes free delivery and assembly. Plus I'll be getting the furniture weeks sooner than what the other store was able to do. I'm so glad I called them!

OK EVERYBODY! I have been a long time(since it opened) customer of the room loft.....DO NOT SHOP ELSEWHERE! You will not find better quality or better prices for the quality ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They carry Stanton brand couches that last a lifetime! Friendly service and amazing selection! I will support The Room Loft till the close the doors! You should to!

Went to the room loft today to look at recliners for my boyfriend who just had shoulder surgery. I found one i lloved but wanted him to see if it was good for him. I went and got him and he loved it. I asked when can they could deliver it they said tomorrow but Laura said no and they would deliver right then so he can hopefully start feeling better. Laura grabbed the delivery guy right then and met us at out house within 20 minutes. I was very impressed with them all.

Everyone at the Room Loft is amazing to work with. From their sales staff to the delivery guys. I placed a couple of special orders and they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend The Room Loft.

We went in last week when we walked in there was 4 ladies at the counter and all they did was turned andlooked at us and went back talking. We walked around for around for 30 minutes and no one come see if we had any questions. When we left they were still standing at the counter and didn't acknowledge us. We did find something in the antique room but we won't go back.

really unhelpful when I bought a table and chairs from them chairs and marks on them and looked used. I tried to return and they said that it would be a 20% restocking fee!
