Yesterday, I signed up for a test here and today the site doesn't exist. Dozens of people were looking around. Had to call their parent company and was directed to Draper or Olympus instead... Guessing this place probably closed yesterday and their website was buggy to accept my appointment for the closing location.

terrible management. probably better off dying then going here. couldn’t have a conversation without whoever i was talking to having an attitude and act like there’s a problem. would literally recommend death then going here smh

Had my almost 2 year old tested at this facility. Was informed results would come back in 2-3 days. At day 3 results were still not in so I called back and was informed it could take 3-5 days for results. At day 5 no results and was informed it could take up to 7 days for results. At day 6 I was informed that something happened with her sample and she would have to be tested again. Super frustrating and wasted my time.
