Store is clean and well-organized. Too bad they did not have the Pub cheese I was looking for.

I was shopping there in the mornings about 3 or 4 times a week and noticed that I felt nauseous after being inside for about 5 minutes. I believe that it was due to an insecticide or rodenticide. Maybe it was a pesticide used on the produce or perhaps black mold. Needless to say that I stopped shopping there and the symptoms disappeared. I will probably never shop at a Smith's or a Kroger again.

Need cashiers at night. This is the second time I've come in and no cashiers to check you out.

Great store in a convenient location with competitive prices and discounts for members!
However, the meat section is questionable. They very clearly repackage older unsold meat, adding new blood to make it appear bright red and fresh. On one occasion, we were convinced by the guy running that section to buy particular steaks. Got them home and knew they were rancid as soon as we broke the seal on the package. I knew they looked a little too bloody and funny in the packaging but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did bring them back and swapped them for the most price comparable steaks I could find but they still made me pay the $1 difference.
The Health Department might want to look into that.

Why are the parking slots so narrow? I feel like every visit they should pay me $15 so I can repair my vehicle from people opening their doors. Widening the parking spots would make this location perfect.

The pharmacy people provided excellent customer service. They worked with my insurance on getting an emergency over-ride while we wait on a pre-authorization. They also used a prescription discount program to help me save money on the medicine I needed.

Clean, but the selection is limited, not as varied as in other Smith's I have shopped

I have been going to this smith's forever!I usually love it, but they have a cashier there named, Jace, this is the worst experience I have ever had at a grocery store period! I will walk out of the store without my product if he is the cashier in the future, and from talking to others I am not the first one!

There's nothing in the store to eat. There's occasionally flour and chips or vegan food but that's as close to each item there are. And some of the management is dressed in sway black like their not going to see a stiffer and a ballerina nosing off at their staff, checkers or and monetizers. Unfortunately this reviews on poit 2 stars

I’ve been overcharged at this location more times than I can remember. Sale prices ring up as full price. I now have to take pictures of sale items to show the clerk so they can manually put in the correct price. Every time I shop at smiths I have to keep in mind, that it will always take longer for me to check out and take the time to take pictures of each sale items to make sure I don’t get overcharged again and again. I use the self checkout because I don’t want other patrons to have to wait longer while I have prices adjusted with the cashier since there’s usually one or two lanes open.I also have issues with the coupons that I receive in the mail for smiths. The self checkout always requires the clerk to come over and override for each coupon to go through. Management has been aware of these issues but nothing has been corrected. If this is happening to me than I can only imagine how many other people in town are being overcharged daily.
