This place has the worst owners so incredibly rude and entitled. I would rather drive 35 minutes in either direction to find a new storage unit and move all my stuff than to ever have to deal with these ignorant people again. Save yourself some time and go find educated management that actually knows what they’re doing. Hours are so inconvenient and useless.

Oh my gosh this storage facility is just right for our trailer, not only is it just down the street from us, the customer service is amazing!! First of all we changed units with the office in order to get a larger space. At that time I had accidentally rented the wrong unit ( MY MISTAKE), then we realized what I had done with having given the lady the wrong unit number, so I called her and asked for a different unit and informed her of my mistake..she was very helpful, nice and understanding, also she was very accommodating with finding us a different unit in which it would be easier for us to back into! I highly recommend this storage facility, their prices are fair, there are several different sizes of units available and THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would have ever expected!!! Thank you Val for having so much patience and being so easy to work with!! You all are wonderful and we will be customers of yours for life!!!

Secure Storage is such a great place for storage! I love working with the owners and knowing that my stuff is protected and safe. It feels good knowing they have security cameras and fences all around. The managers keep the place and ground well kept. The managers always make sure to do routine check ups around all the storage units and make sure the locks are all still on. I’m so grateful I was able to find this place! 100% recommend!

Such a great storage facility! I love that there is always a manager on site in case of any questions or issues, they are super friendly and helpful! They have security cameras running 24/7 and a locked gate, so I feel like my stuff is safe. I’ve been very impressed and will continue to use this storage facility!
