At first I liked them but after calling back after a few months about my dogs ears they told me there was no notes about his ears being dirty, there was no notes in my file at all. The vet told me to clean his ears with 1:10 ratio of vinegar and water and it wasn't working so I called back to tell him the treatment isn't working and now he said he would never recommend that when I have people who witnessed him telling me. Told me I'll have to pay for another exam because he couldn't do it right the first time. Over a coarse of a week i waited and waited for a call from the vet and never got it. Constantly called back and the lady Chris refused to let me talk to the vet unless I scheduled an appointment. Why they would let someone like Chris deal with the customers is beyond me it showed me they do not care. hope they do better next time.

Pets First Wellness Center is absolutely amazing! You can tell they genuinely care about every animal they see. Their prices are very reasonable, and when my dog had an emergency, they got us in so quickly. Even though I have to travel about 40 minutes to get there, I will forever make the drive to ensure my pets are in their care. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism are unmatched. Highly recommend! Dr.Johnson as well as the other doctors and staff are the best!

When my dog Stella got hit by a car the staff at this amazing vets office jumped right in to help my sweet baby, they were able to save my babies eye!!!

They have taken care of our three dogs for years and every interaction with Dr. Hansen and his techs has been phenomenal. We had to have one of our dogs put down and when they came to the house, they could not have done a better job during a really tough time. They were absolutely amazing.
