Overall they are pretty good. The employees are friendly and I’ve never had any issues. They have always treated me fairly and I’m in & out.If I could recommend one thing- can we get tap cards? Touch less is the way to go.Oh and can we get custom cards? Like where we upload a picture and it comes in the mail? That would be super rad.That being asked, I am glad to be a customer. I know I can literally bank anywhere, but MCFU in Brigham City is where I’m at. No real reason to bank anywhere else.

Members first is a great credit union always fair and quick. My wife and I have moved our business here and have loved it the last few years we have been there. The staff is 2nd to none Brian, Dani, Norma& Aubrielle Have been especially amazing to work with!!!

I have banked with them for over 20 years now and have always had such a great experience with Members First. They are nice at the drive thru, on the phone or in person. They have helped us with checking, savings, loans and mortgages. Always friendly. Dani, Brian and most all of the tellers who I have ever dealt with have been fantastic. Even in other locations, they always go above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate them as my banking institution.Also, they offer incentives at the end of the year based on what you paid in interest that year. We always get back funds at the end of the year. Thanks Members 1st! And the ice cream at the annual meeting is great... keep that up! ?

Sat at the drive thru for over 15 minutes. Only 2 workers on a Saturday. Instead of the person going back and forth with customers who went into the bank, the teller kept helping the people in line. it started out with 2 of us in line for the drive thru now its up to 5 of us. The teller kept looking over her shoulder numerous times to look at us. After 16 minutes she finally came over and said we will be right with you in one moment. I understand It gets busy. But, acknowledge your customers and go back and forth from your regular station to the drive thru. My time and money is just as important as everyone else's.

I stopped in to deposit a cashier's check made out to my contractor. The contractor had already called his bank giving them his information, his permission to deposit the cashier's check and told him where he wanted it deposited. It took me 25 minutes to get the check actually into his account, including having to text back and forth with him and have him call again to give them permission. I could have driven back to Tremonton and put the check in his hand and had time left over. I fail to understand the general incompetence of your staff and your unwillingness to actually listen to a single word I said. I fail to understand why a cashier's check is being viewed as something suspicious. I fail to understand why I was essentially treated like a criminal for wanting to put money into your bank. I will never do business with this Institution. Worst banking experience ever * 10.

They were great I used the account for over 20 years. I left the minimum balance in it so I wouldn’t lose my membership. They took all the money away through inactivity fees. They didn’t contact me my dad name was on the account and he is actively using another account. No attempt to warn that the account was going to start being fined. Wow they closed my sons acct from inactivity without notifying us and now will not let us open a new acct because they closed it! I’ve had my acct with this CU since I was 16 and have never had a problem, kinda disappointed with the service! Guess we will have to go to another bank for his direct deposits!

Great place to bank but their card management is hard to work around. Online purchases need to be unlocked for 24h prior to purchases or it will be rejected, along with certain stores.

Customer service- top notch. Recently had a wire issue and Brad stepped to the plate and provided some excellent customer service. I was prettty happy with that. The only two things I'd like to see improved is an ATM that would allow deposits after hours and on weekends and some improvements to the app. Overall these guys are pretty good.

Pretty good, I had a problem with an international transfer but Brad stepped in and helped me out. I'd give 5 stars but I'm upset I can't do any ATM deposits and the app needs serious work. But the people are good.
