The owner doesn’t back up his claims on repairs to your transmission. Very expensive to other transmission shops!
His shop is a total disaster and mess.

I am purchasing a truck out of state so I called for an appointment to get a used vehicle purchase inspection. Jared was very helpful and got the truck in quick and had the inspection and results in a timely matter. Very personable and great customer service. I would recommend this shop anytime.

My car broke down they charged 145 which is a little overpriced but fine for a diagnostic they tell me it’s an ignition coil and tell me it costs 589 to fix the coil costs 20 dollars and takes 3 bolts to take out and at max takes 5 minutes to replace so I don’t know how it cost that much then when I tell them I can’t afford it so I’ll pick it up another day they call me the next day asking if I’m going to scrap it so they can buy it because one of their technicians wants it I had a few other ignition coils to replace none worked and so their diagnostic was wrong and I spent the next 3 days diagnosing it and going through 4 spare coils and then figured out it was a timing belt so now I have to replace it myself I do work on cars myself but I find it so wrong that you will charge so much for nothing and then try to buy my car when I can’t afford a fix that would do nothing and not even diagnose the right problem with the car to begin with.

The guys at Master AutoTech are the best! They not only do great work, but I am able to trust they aren't taking advantage of me on costs and unnecessary work because I'm a female like some other places have. They are a pleasure to deal with!!

I love this place. I always feel like I get dealt with honestly. Prices are very reasonable. Hard working crew, that’s good at checking in the details.. I’ve moved further away but I still bring my car here because I trust their service so much.

Had engine light on and needed an ignition coil replaced. They fixed it and the light came back on for another. Seemed too convenient to me, but they were more than willing to double check their work. Issue was with more than one coil and they kept the damaged ones to show me when the work was done. They also charged a lot less than atleast 2 other places quoted me. Definitely impressed with their work and just their attitude with the whole thing. No hint at all about being upset about double checking their work.
