This has always been my go to gym here in Brigham city. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are in great condition although the one on main street is limited on equipment. The prices seemed a little expensive but currently they are running a competitive deal thats the same as the rest of their competitors.

Love working out there, sometimes I'm by myself with no one else in the gym?? I also have a trainer and go to there classes
