This dealership is more than a dealership, they treated me like a friend and did so well at finding me the best deal. Les was so kind and went above and beyond to help me with an amazing price. I’m so glad I came here and would definitely come back. There prices are amazing, their cars are well taken care of, and they have amazing employees. ☺️

In regards to service, they restored my confidence in my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9 since they were able to repair the problems a different garage left me with. And though Heritage did have to repair a leaking rear yoke pinion seal multiple times, the way that they handled it made me even more confident about returning to them. Thank you for giving me the feeling of trusting my truck and repair shops again!!!

This was the 1st time that I needed to purchase a vehicle on my own. Nate made sure that I was confident every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy anything ever. I can't say that about other places that we have been to. If I ever have to purchase a vehicle again I will purchase with Nate at Heritage in Brigham.

Car buying sucks, there's fun in it sure but, in the end you're haggling over something that you know little about with a person you know less about. You either end up leaving, feeling like you were taken to the cleaners, with a car/truck that hopefully serves you well. The other side is you leave vindicated, that you weren't taken advantage of, in the same vehicle you arrived in. Both cases are not what I experienced here. The mentality of heritage motors IS different. The end goal for them isn't to sell you a vehicle, it is to sell you THE vehicle you want and make the purchase as palatable as possible.I had the opportunity to shop at and sit down with the staff of two locations (Evanston and Brigham City). From the quality of the vehicles offered to the way they approach the customer's buying experience they have definitely earned my trust moving forward.I will not say I will definitely buy from them again. They may not have exactly what I'm looking for but, they will definitely be my first stop in the future. With any luck the only stop.

I spoke to half a dozen people over the span of two weeks ranging from the used car salesman group, to service manager, to finance. I was met with a lot of resistance to my inquiries and passing the buck. I had specific questions about what condition the truck was in and how repairs were completed. They didn't want to disclose specifics but would just say that their techs are certified. The basis of my argument was why they weren't performing services based on manufactured recommended mileage prior to selling the truck. There were also comments on the 125 point inspection (that they pride themselves on) that wasn't being implemented. Get a copy of that report if u can. For my specific truck I was looking at they didn't update Carfax completely on the repairs that they told me they made. I also found it odd that the sales provides you with Autocheck report but service didn't update that one, only Carfax. I definitely fall into that 1% buyer category as far as the questions I ask. But everything was still within the realm of a dealership's duty to a customer. I tried to be calm through the frustration but stayed firm throughout the whole thing. I drove 7 hours on their word and truck ended up having leaks. No apologies from them or anything. I asked for my deposit back which they obliged. They talk big about transparency but I felt like they were a big black box. When the sales people couldn't answer my questions about repairs they wouldn't let me talk to a tech that would know the answers. Got a vibe that they were hiding things and turns out they were. I must say their finance group was great. They are 5 star but the entire thing was a 16 day waste. My advice to anyone going here is to be on your toes and remember that being certified and being qualified are two different things.

I was quoted $150 over the phone for a diagnostic. All they did was hook a computer to it to read the codes and charged me $203. The diagnostic fee also included "shop supplies" what supplies... A computer cord?I also overheard employees discussing adding pricing to basic services and refusing to "top off" anything but the windshield washer fluid and they would use water for that. It's freezing out and they are planning on putting water in a plastic container so it can freeze and crack.I would not recommend Heritage Service Center due to the shady business practices, lazy diagnostic methods and intent to damage customer vehicles.

Great dealership, services are done quickly and correctly. The only reason for the three star is my 3/4 ton truck requires two different air pressure settings between the front and rear. In the four years I've owned and had it serviced at Heritage, they have correctly adjusted the air a 2-3 times. It's pretty annoying to hit the road and you get the air pressure warning.

Took my dually truck in for a recall on rear lug studs. They said everything looked good, no replacements needed. When I got home, noticed the left ring was barely hanging on. Really?

Picked up my car at 12:30pm after having a coolant hose replaced, by 3:30 I’m sitting on the side of the road overheating again. $1200 later, I call the dealership and they tell me to call one of two places to find out who THEY HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH I don’t think that should be my responsibility three hours after picking up a car. I will never ever use this place again, after having my car fixed again since I already paid the which I’m sure they’ll charge me more money for.

Heritage in Brigham has always treated me well. I went in and asked them for an estimate on a job and they were quick to respond. I scheduled a time for the job, Dropped the vehicle off at the dealership and they called me when it was done. Everything went according to schedule and I was down the road with a smile. ?? Friendly staff that try to help any way they can. Good job!

My AC went out on my work vehicle & i called multiple dealerships & other shops to get it in and fixed. Those dealerships couldn't get me in for a week or two, but not with the dealership in Brigham. Heritage was able to get me in within two days. They were so friendly, informative & professional. They found a separate leak & the van had to stay at the shop over the weekend, but they worked diligently & they were able to fix it so I could get back to work.Thank you so much!

Usually I’m really happy with the service I get here. But this time I had and oil change and tire rotation. My brand new car hasn’t drove the same since. Also, they supposedly fixed a recall with my instrument cluster…… now nothing works like it did before.

Brady did an amazing job. In helping out on a purchase of a new vehicle. This is my second vehicle I bought from heritage auto and they did above and beyond work.
