If I really could I would not leave one star. This is the worst dollar tree I have ever been in.... Everytime I shop here. One person at the check stand. Today I counted 38 people In The store. NOT counting the checker and the one walking around Not helping. Oh the manager and another person was in the front office talking . My husband and I waiting to get 4 balloons. Told the cashier. She was only one doing the job. We went through the line to let her know. She said to wait until she can help us. 20 minutes standing Waiting. Give the checker a raise and fire the other three. Horrible customer service. We ended up leaving never got our balloons. Shame on management and the ones not doing their job. Customer service should be #1 . 7/27/24

We were in the store and the staff was very unpleasant, I was with my family and those guys who ran the store went into their office and from their office they started spraying water on us! I hope this has a consequence for this cruel act! I have the videos of the people who did it and if anyone in my family has an allergic reaction I will go against those people

I usually visit many of these stores since I work traveling throughout Utah and I loved this store, it is very organized, the employees are friendly and everything is very well organized in its place, I loved it

1st time in this store. Found tons of hobby crafts for my grandkids! Cashier was super helpful and courteous. Long story short, not what I expected!

Not impressed. Management on site was too busy talking poorly on an employee who wasn’t present with another employee. To busy talking poorly to go help the young lady at the register when she called to ask for another register to be open when she had a line of 13 + people. I hope the girl at the register gets a raise or gets some kind of compensation on being the only one actually focused on customers and their needs.

I'm not really complaining because the job looks really hard. As of a couple visits, I've found it sort of depressing to check out. The ladies seem sad to be working. So I would talk to the gorgeous young manager. He got morale up and going. I just love going to Dollar Tree. I really wish prices didn't go up but understand. It's just it makes my Christmas harder to buy. The small trips, no problem at all! Trying to get a big Christmas and have to cut out 12 presents. Not the workers fault or the stores but the consensus is inflation got us all. Brigham Dollar Tree is set up the best of any others.
