Our basement flooded due to a pipe burst of our water main and the failure of our sump pump. Once reported, the Adjuster and everyone we spoke too, did everything in their power to find one little loophole, so they can justify not paying. Ultimately I was stuck paying for the damages, when the insurance policy I have been paying for should have. Definitely not a happy or satisfied customer. I have been an Allstate customer for a very long time. I had a different agent to begin with and had some concerns with my original agent. Rather than change insurance companies completely, I was able to change to Christie Jubber as my agent. She has consistently taken the time with me to assess the costs and coverages we have, to assure it is a proper fit for us.

We filed a claim for hail and wind damage on our roof. They sent an adjustor who was very knowledgeable and then approved our claim in a timely manner. They quickly paid for our roof repair and followed through during the process. We would highly recommend Christie Juber and All-State for your insurance needs.Dean and Mary Lee Anderson

Used to be great. But Allstate raised my premium significantly recently and when I called to receive assistance I was told there was nothing they could do. What is the point of having a local agent if they are not willing to work with me to get the best rate?

One speeding ticket after 5+ years of having Allstate and my insurance went up 20%. They had zero interest in helping reduce the cost and told me it’s smart to look around so my advice is start looking playing the stupid insurance game.
