Very helpful store. We had just checked out of the K.O.A. down the street and doing our pre trip inspection noticed that a blinker was not working. I went into the store with the bulb and found the replacement went to pay the man and he said go to the motor home and make sure that it works first. It did I went back and paid the man and hit the road.

The Brigham City AutoZone knows how to take care the customer. When I walked in, I was greeted, the employee looked up what I needed, walked with me to find the product, taught me something new about paint codes, walked outside to compare the paint code on the VIN label to the product, researched online that the product was a match, and was very friendly. Both employees working that night were genuinely interested in getting to know me and share about themselves too. A+ Experience...

I bought a car here and 1 mile down the road it started to lose power and the check engine light came on. Of course they did nothing to help. Only reminded me it was an 'as-is' car and no refund or exchange would be given.After hobbling to an auto parts store, they ran the code. This particular code can be reset without repair and the car will function normally for the time being. I have to figure that is what they did, hiding the fact it has a crucial repair that will cost around $650 to fix. It's a protection warning built into the car, ignoring it too many times could be very expensive and possibly ruin the car. Shortly after that, the windows stopped working. And I mean within 48 hours of buying the car. I informed my salesman but got no response after the first problem which he said he'd do everything he could to help me, which apparently was nothing.I guess the used car business is still just as shady, dishonest, and dirty as is ever been.And here I thought buying a car from the MURDOCK GROUP I'd get a little more integrity than your pop-up auction dealers with no history or reputation out to make a bunch of money real fast then get out of town before the get caught in their schemes... but no, MURDOCK is just as sketchy. They just have more money to protect them, more mechanics in their schemes, more lawyers, more expierence ripping people off, and more cars to keep people coming in.
