I love this AFCU Branch! They ask the right questions and walk me through the transactions. While in my account they see what will best suite me and benefit me. I am grateful for all they have pointed out and told me about to build my credit and money. Line of credit, visa, money market savings and CD’s. I love the conveniency of the drive thru and understand it’s not full time so there is a wait, I’m ok with that. I appreciate the employees and all they do. They are so happy, smiling and amazing!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would.I have major anxiety especially with talking on phones. I tried to have my boyfriend help me fix something like an overdraft fee that shouldn't be on my account and they wouldn't let me, they refused to help me, she even raised her voice at me and it was totally unprofessional.

I love AFCU as a whole. we do all our banking with them and the girls at this location have always been really nice and helpful. The guy working in the front office with the light hair is the rudest employee I've ever met. The teller I was working with had questions for him and I don't know if today he was just having a hard day but he Literally made me cry. I'll drive the extra fer minutes to the other location just to avoid him.

Poor customer service. Waited at Drive up for 20 minutes. All I was trying to do was withdraw cash they gave me no update I was sitting there wondering if my money got lost in the tube. Then when the lady came on to talk she was very rude and made me the problem.

I honestly don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews but the customer attention here is horrible. My mom has had the worst experience and ended up closing her account over it. I still have my account here and because of their terrible attention I’m considering closing my account. My mom is a joint on my account and they still had to call me to get permission for her to take out money? What’s the point of her being a joint then? Also I’m trying to get someone added to my account and it has taken days for it to even happen. All the required signatures have been given and they told me they would add them to my account today and they never did it. When we ended up calling to see if it had been done, they said the only person the could do it was gone for the day.

Went to sign to give authorization for someone to be added to an account. Totally fine, we then waited 40 minutes to do simple signatures, and then was told nothing else was needed and that everything was taken care of. A few hours later at a different location, we went to pull money out to purchase a car and was told not all signer have signed and couldn’t pull out the money until all signers signed. I then sat on hold with this location for a while just to ask why it hadn’t been done and I was told because we left so they had to focus on the members who were there. But we left because they said everything had been taken cared of!! Terrible!!

I came here to deposit some money in my new account. I did not think that they would help me in the process of paying a former acquaintance back. I was very pleased that they thought this would be a good gesture. I only wish they would bring back certain services they used to have. Thanks for your great service.

Every time I come here there is some kind of issue that makes it so I either have to go in the building or they tell me that they can’t help me. I show up with a government issued ID and they reject it even though in ever other America first branch I never have any issues whatsoever with my ID. From now on I will just drive the extra couple minutes and go the the branch on the other side of town.

Very disappointed, gave them all my information. I was told I was qualified and everything was approved. Brought the owner of the vehicle down to the bank, and they said not enough collateral at the last minute. You think they would of done all the paperwork and research before they approved me. So embarrassing! Seemed like just a scam just to get me to sign up for a credit card. Zero Stars!

This organization is simply not ready to support business accounts. The automated systems they try to foist onto users is simply a path to frustration. Phone support is pathetic. Randy seems to have been permanently moved from the branch.
