Be careful prices are not what they appear! When i was checking out this rang up to 1.79. Two separate cashiers told me the tag was wrong and was just not changed yet and tried charging me 1.79

The store is consistently dirty. Sticky floors and counters. Use to be my fav. I rarely if ever go in there now.

While using mobile checkout I received an error message stating that the transaction couldn’t be processed, I tried one more time then when it didn’t work the second time, I used my card to pay the cashier. When I got home my bank notified me that there were three charges…so I was charged both times that I received the error message and a third time when the cashier rang up the items for me. I called immediately and I was told that the owner would contact me. It has been three days and I still have not been contacted by the owner. I called the store again today and the person I spoke with said they can’t refund my money and I will have to wait for the owner to actually be at work and I will just have to call to see if they are there because she doesn’t know when she will be in. If my business charged someone three times for one purchase, I would have called back immediately and apologized profusely and I would have paid them back right then. The lack of consideration for my time and my hard earned money is appalling. Once I get my refund, I won’t be going back in this shady establishment ever again.

South 7-11 in Brigham city has always been the favorite of mine. The employees are always friendly, greets customers by name. Fully stocked, clean, and holds a generous variety to choose from. They also serve the best coffee in town.

Its hard to rate any other customer service aspect when, after waiting nearly five minutes for the only visible clerk to peel herself away from her non-business conversation with a customer who had already completed her purchase, you give up and leave. There were THREE people on the store at the time: me, the other customer and the clerk. My presence was finally acknowledged as I left the store, although I had been in plain view throughout my time in the store.

Personally I don't enjoy the 7-elevens in Brigham. I feel they are outdated and not clean. HOWEVER, I appreciate that they are pro law enforcement so I can at least feel a little safe if there are cops outside. That being said, I do love a cold slurpee and their coffee will do in a pinch.
