Terrible customer service, I waited 40 minutes just to deliver the reset and then 35 minutes just to pick it up from me.This place needs the corporation to do something urgently, how is it possible that I have two people working here with all the money they earn in the pharmacy department.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I called in while having an asthma attack. The pharmacist kept saying she couldn't hear me and couldn't understand me. She asked me to speak louder. So I spoke louder and enunciated carefully. The pharmacist immediately started yelling at me saying that I was talking too loud and with a rude tone like she was an idiot. I tried to apologize and explain that I was just talking louder and enunciating because she said she couldn't hear me or understand me and that I was not trying to be rude. The pharmacist continued to yell over me and say that she would not help me or reach out to my doctor about my asthma medication because she felt I was being rude. She then hung up on me. Because I was trying to communicate while having an asthma attack the pharmacist has decided I am not worthy of asthma medication.

poor pharmacy service, we are a doctors office and I was on hold with 2 callers ahead of me and I got disconnected, so I called back again and now I have more than 4 callers ahead of me.

Terribly rude staff at times. Always busy . Never worth it. I've been going here for years and it's a shame that it's come to us needing to find somewhere better.

This is undoubtedly one of the worst pharmacies for customer service I’ve ever dealt with personally or professionally. Waiting times are long and frequently they don’t have products for the full prescription, asking patients inconveniently to come back to finish filling their prescriptions. Often they do not have the prescription ready even though they’ve had the prescription for hours or days. They also inconveniently close during the middle of the day for lunch. What business does that? You would think that they could stagger pharmacists so they can stay open and take care of their customers throughout the day.

I’ve never had a good experience here. The people always seem cranky and it takes a very long time to fill prescriptions. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

They're doing their darndest. It's like they're juggling flaming chainsaws while balancing on a tightrope. They're true pharmacy heroes! But then there's THAT person. You know the one. Has a shopping list longer than the 'Lord of the Rings' trilogy and the stubbornness of a mule in a staring contest. It's like they have a personal vendetta against time itself! They'll camp out at the counter with the determination of a tent peg, oblivious to the growing line of restless customers behind them. So folks, don't be a pharmacy roadblock, don't be the human equivalent of slow internet. Remember, it's a prescription pick-up, not a personal meet and greet! Keep the line moving and keep the peace. Trust me, the Walgreens staff will thank you.

It has become faster to get in my car, drive over, wait in a 10 car line to get an update on my prescriptions than it is to call and wait on hold. One time I called and was on hold for 2 hours. I had the time the experiment with how long I could last before I gave up. They are beyond slow! So slow that cold tar moves faster.

Because I was too sick to go to an Instacare I did a virtual visit online at 9PM. I couldn't wait until the next day to talk to someone. My doctor phoned in an antibiotic to Walgreens and I was told after about an hour that it was ready to be picked up. I looked online and the hours online were posted to close at midnight. My husband went to pick up the prescription at 10:05 PM. when he got to Walgreens, it was closed. Why are the hours posted incorrectly online? That's incredibly frustrating and now I have to wait until tomorrow morning. I remember when Walgreens pharmacy was open 24 hours a day seven days a week. They were a very trustworthy institution. So much has gone wrong with that company in the last couple of years. It's very disheartening. .

From best Pharmacy in Bountiful to absolute garbage. Is anyone even working here? 35 minutes and zero movement in the drive thru.Read all the other reviews… It’s time to close it down. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I'm incredibly sick right now. I have an Rx that I desperately need. I called to check on the status & ask the pharmacist some questions. It should have been ready for pickup over an hour ago. The pharmacist told me they are busy & won't get to filling my Rx for over an hour. She then told me not to call again because I'll get a text when it's ready. Then she hung up on me after I had told her I had several questions. I'll never use this Walgreens ever again! So so rude!

While I Sympathize with the pharmacy staff who can't control things like med shortages or juggling trying to fill prescriptions while helping people, something has to change. They are rude, they will chat up other customers while you're standing in line waiting to be helped because that other customer is their friend. That's nice but you can catch up on your own time. Jenn is especially rude. I've also heard them mocking people before noticing I was standing there.Another time I was helped by a "Dani" who smelled of booze. Again, I Sympathize, they're likely stressed, there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism but I will be taking my business elsewhere and you should too. Unless you want your rx filled by someone who smells of booze.

Can you say disorganized and slow as molasses??? Geez, one poor tech running between the window and counter while the other Tech and Pharmacist not helping one bit. Poor kid. The pharmacist even dropped a box on the ground and was too good to pick it up made the poor kid get it.

I never considered the fact that I may have died in my sleep and was unknowingly existing as an entity unable to be seen by human eyes. Or whatever robutt versions of humans they hire here in the pharmacy. Their programming does not allow them to greet or address Biological life forms. Dehumanizing them further. Their ability to avoid eye contact, unwillingness to speak to or show any empathy for their captives who just showed up for meds to make life livable is next level sociopathic, or robotic and a sad commentary on the future of society as our robutt masters drive the humanity out of us. Prices are the same as about anywhere else. Let’s go there instead. It’s the only way the humans can survive!I’ve never been so consistently treated badly as a customer. These peoples work environment must be hellish for them to treat other humans this way. Someday there will be a tribunal where the best defense is “they were just doing as they were told.”Find another place to get your stuff kids. These people don’t care about you one drill bit.
