Worst place ever, they aren’t nice. It says walk in for passport and when you get there they said that’s not true. So change the walk-in then. You try to schedule an appointment and you can’t because it says the server in unavailable.

Had them deliver a packaged but it never came. They claimed they delivered it to my home and I never got it. I called them and they don’t even know where it is.

Post offices are tough because when you have to wait and have a negative experience, it becomes a 1 star experience. But, when you have a positive experience it is refreshing!I have interacted with a few of the employees at the front service desk and they are so friendly and helpful. They are always apologetic when there is a long wait. This location has a package drop off and a letter drop off so you don't have to wait in line if you have prepaid mail. They also have a machine inside that can print those labels for you so you do not have to wait in line if you are in a hurry.The only negative perspective I have is of the lady who works the passport window. Although I haven't interacted with her directly, I have noticed her being sharp and rude to customers on multiple occasions.

Called me to cancel 2 hours before the appointment. I set this about a week or two prior. I didn’t see the call and drove 30 minutes to the post office. Just for them to tell me they should have called me to cancel. Highly unprofessional, also the receptionist didn’t know when they would be available.I called to reschedule at another post office , their requiring me to have a handwritten check to pay them $130. If I’m working half of the year for free for all the tax’s why do I have to pay that. Imagine if McDonald’s said we only take checks they would be bankrupt and so would this establishment because seems like everyone hates this place from the other reviews.

Half hour wait, was told after waiting to redo my address label for the envelope at the counter, where the customer service woman was rude that I "wasn't done". Sorry I had to rewrite my address, lady. This post office location has been getting worse with longer wait times and completely rude service and I will be going to a different location in the future.

I found a 'Missed the Delivery' notice at 3:00 pm on the front door. People were inside home but nobody heard of anything. Went to the post office with the notice at 3:30 pm and they told me that the delivery person would be back at 5:00. However, the manager found my package from the back. Did they even take my package for delivery? Worst... Wrost... This not the first time.

The wait was long. There was only one person working. It was also Friday evening 1 1/2 hours before close. Once I got to the service counter, I realized why it was taking so long. The person helping people was SO thorough. She wanted to make sure each of us were getting exactly what we needed. I was there because I had gone to another location to serve documents to someone and told them I needed proof of service from the respondent. I was told I just needed to send it certified. I did that, but I didn't know that I also needed a return receipt so it was not served correctly. I went to this location to resend the documents and told her the same thing. Thats when I found out about the return receipt. She went over exactly what I needed to do. She printed the tracking receipts, went over what I should be looking for and when. I felt confident when I left that I had sent the documents off correctly this time. The person in front of me was also at that location because she had gotten help at a different location and didn't actually get what she needed. I think that if more employees at the post office took the time to hear out each customer's needs and tried to be as informed about services as she was, the lines would probably be shorter. We wouldn't be having to come back and clog up the lines a second time to get it right. I'm just happy I decided to stop by this location because there is a post office a little closer to me, but I'll be back to this one. The service was worth the wait for me.

My son's phone was lost in Puerto Rico, then found. He paid for it to be overnighted from PR to SLC. After a couple tracking texts, it could no longer be tracked. I called the Bountiful post office for assistance. Mark couldn't have been more helpful! He let me know that it was not possible for the phone to arrive overnight from PR (not sure why they sold this service but told me how to get a refund) and that it was in Fedex possession in Memphis. He gave me a probable scenario and timeline. In addition, my son's apartment number was not on the package. So he notified his coworkers of the situation and provided the apartment number. The following Monday, I received a notification that the phone had arrived at the post office. I called, spoke with Madison, and she and the carrier found the package and marked the apartment number. She even called me back to let me know. About an hour later, my son received the phone. The employees of the Bountiful post office went over and above to make sure my son's phone was delivered to him as soon as possible! We very much appreciate their excellent service!!
