Your cleaning staff should focus on cleaning instead of making sure I leave the LOCKED ATM area, the first time was bad enough with the male watching me AS I ACCESSED MY ACCOUNT this time they felt the need to watch me the whole time, that's sketchy and they shouldn't be watching your patrons.

I needed an ATM this morning and US Bank works with my account. The sign on the door says they open at 9:00. Awesome! I pull up and try to go inside at 9:15. Two VERY unprofessional employees stood there watching me try to open the door. To which it was locked. I waited a couple seconds to see if they would open the doors due to it being past the time on the door for opening. They both started laughing at me! I am completely taken back by this response and this level of disrespect from what is supposed to be a very professional industry. US Bank-DO BETTER.

Branch manager James is an awesome employee of US bank's. He has helped us many times, and I would recommend him to anyone.

I've had an account here for years, and always been happy, but had an excellent interaction with James at this branch today in which he was very helpful and took the time to walk me through a few options with my current account. I appreciate the help and excellent service, especially today.

Never do business with this bank! I had an issue with my Venmo card and purchases from the auto withdrawal feature I didn’t know was turned on. I called in to let them know the situation and because it wasn’t fraud and was a mistake, they wouldn’t do anything about it. They allowed 16 overdraft fees on my account even after I had called to ask for help and to stop the charges. $600 of over draft fees. I was told they would only take 3 off after I had paid the entire $600 to them. I had my direct deposits still going into the account regularly to help pay the fees down and they closed and charged my account off anyways. I called in to try and talk to the manager about helping me and he told me there was nothing he could do because the account was charged off. This bank are thieves! Now I was told I will be taken to collections and I have a bad mark with the checks system and won’t be able to get another checking account. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Never do any business with US Bank worst customer service experience of my life been trying to set up auto pay almost every day since I started my lease and now said it’s too late for this month so I’ll have to call in my payment spent 4 hours on the phone with them and came to the branch twice just for something as simple as setting up auto pay
