We ship a lot of things for the business we work for and love coming to this location because Ronne always helps us and does the best job! She really takes care of us and makes the process a breeze, not a hassle at all!

Super sketchy, and they massively overcharge if they have to print your label for any reason. It also turns out that when they print labels it’s straight profit for them as stores are individually owned. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to go to another store thats not super shady.

I went in this morning, and the line was going out the door. Ronnie was the only person there serving customers, and when I say she was absolutely rocking it, I am not exaggerating. I have been there before when there were two or three employees and things didn’t move half as quickly. She knew what she was doing, had to do it quickly, with a smile and the best attitude. Best experience I’ve ever had. And I avoid the UPS store usually because of the lines and the amount of time it takes. Very impressed. Great job, Ronnie!

Went in to have my I9 notarized. After waiting for a while in line I finally get helped only to be told the employee is not comfortable notarizing that document. I have had other UPS stores do this no problem. Please don’t advertise something you aren’t willing to do. I even explain that I had a letter from my employer saying the company is liable for any mistakes and not the individual employee or UPS.
I would recommend going to a bank or FedEx for notary needs.

Ronnie was so helpful with packing up my employee's electronics and getting them shipped to us! We had a complicated situation, but she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Thank you for all of your help! I would highly recommend this store.

This place is the worst UPS I've been to. Four out of five times I've had a less than desirable experience, mostly because of the inefficiency. This time, 10 of us stood there and watched the employee help a guy repackage 50 items. How about having someone on the side do that as to not slow down these transactions? Then, the employee wouldn't return my Amazon package because it was in a clear package even though it was the original package it arrived in. She could have just offered to put it in an envelope. Or something? You tell me? It's not like people have stuff like that laying around at home. Anyways, I went to the UPS in Centerville and didn't have any issues.
May I suggest that the employees offer a solution instead of tell us what they can't do?

Natalia was super on top of getting the line managed, easy to talk with and personable, great customer service. She even offered all the extra UPS things without being salesy and I had no idea UPS did shredding and I’ve been there a million times. Wanted to give her a shout out because she did her job very well. Thanks Natalia!
