I Had issues with my secondary screens that I purchased through Amazon. I could not configure the 3rd screen to my laptop. I took my laptop in with the other 2 screens. They were able to help me fix the issue in less that 15 minutes. They were great, fast and experienced. I gave them a tip to buy lunch on me that day. Would definitely recommend.

I have used StarWest multiple times and can say they have been awesome to work with even when things go awry. I brought in multiple work laptops to be fixed or reconfigured without any problems at a fair price. The one time we did have a problem they replaced my laptop with the same exact model and fixed everything as promised in a timely matter. I highly recommend using this company for fair pricing, quality work and reliable service.

I am on my third or fourth system from Star West over 35 years. I wore out one CD ROM but otherwise have had zero problems. Great prices, solid computers. My three kids got their laptops for college here, too, and worked them constantly with no issues. Keep up the good work, SW.

They fixed the problems and I am very grateful, but they wiped the computer after we told them not to do so. It's a gaming laptop so all the gaming progress is gone. Years of work gone. Everything gone. Accounts that were not saved (because those games suck at saving accounts) gone. Thanks for fixing the laptop. But wiping it has just caused more problems. I wish they at least backed it up, like we asked them to, if they needed to wipe it for any reason. But there was no back up. No "hey, this will wipe your computer, do you want it to be backed up?" Literally went to get the computer fixed so we didn't have to loose our stuff with setting up a new computer. If we had known they were gonna wipe it, would of just bought a new computer.

Quick and honest! I thought I was going to have to purchase a new computer when I couldn’t DIY Google search and fix it myself. Starwest quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a few ideas to upgrade other parts of my desktop. Very quick turnaround! I have my computer working again and it is quicker than ever after upgraded my old hard drive to a solid state drive. Cost a fraction of a fraction of what a new equivalent computer would have cost. I bet I get 5 more years out of this computer after using Starwest. I will for sure purchase my next computer from them when it is time. I highly recommend Starwest.

Brian who is the owner, did a wonderful job fixing my tablet. He was kind, honest and thorough. While I was waiting he was on the phone helping a customer and it sounded like it was a very typical simple question that some people would respond rudely. Not Brian his customer service skills were top notch! As I heard how he treated the phone call I thought to myself “I’m in the right place”!Thanks again Brian for the excellent customer service!
