I have gone to Priority Footwear for 4 years. They have made my custom diabetic orthopedic inserts and I get the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn there. (Orthofeet) They are wonderful at what they do and have taken excellent care of my needs. Bruce is great!

I was referred to this place by my doctor for some diabetic shoes. When I arrived I asked about the shoes the lady at the front desk had a bad attitude didn't seem to want to help me. Not very knowledgeable about what insurance they deal with told me I would probably have to pay for the shoes myself then they would reimburse me. I would not recommend this place.

My initial experience was very positive. The nurse was nice and listened to me, and seemed to care genuinely about my needs. She answered all my questions. The office was clean and orderly.

Great place to get help with your diabetic footwear. Bruce Barton is so knowledgeable about what he is doing and provided me with a great pair of shoes and inserts. Great place to go if you need help with your feet.

This place works with Diabetic footwear. Their typical package involves a pair of shoes with 3 custom inserts. They also do work with toe fillers and other insoles. They work with most Insurances which typically cover all, or the majority of the costs. They work with walk ins, but it is good to call and set up an appointment.

i am frustrated with the customer service here. I ordered a pair of shoes on April 15th. I called on May 13th to see if they had recived them. I was told they would look into it and get back to me.. I called again on Friday, May 20th and was told the same thing. I decided to go in today. They said they had just tried to call me but didn't leave a message. I asked if I could get the discount from the email I recived and was told it was for a different brand. I looked up the email on my phone and it was for all sandals. I like their products but won't shop here again.
