Grace was AMAZING. She helped us for multiple hours building our dream fish tank set up and was very well informed. She was the reason we made an over $400 purchase today, she's an amazing asset to the team.

they charge for bags for some reason. never seen that before at petco. pretty lame when the store is already over priced.

Went to look at the fish and a lot of the tanks were not in the best condition. Saw a few dead fish and some of the tanks were pretty gross. It was sad so I’ll go elsewhere to purchase fish. Also the shrimp were quite pricey. A couple years ago I got shrimp for maybe 30 cents and now some were up to $7.
Edit: Came back to get a thermometer and the fish are still in horrible conditions. Some of the tanks looked like they had pest snails in them and most of the plants are dying. Just really upsetting.

My frog tried to eat my algae eater and they are about the same size!! It was stuck in the frog’s mouth. I came in and asked for help. The guys that helped me were informative and gave me awesome ideas as to how to separate them. I came home and boom!! It worked!! I’m sure they would have both died but now they are both alive and thriving. Thank you sooooooo much!! My heros!!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO stars if this would let me. My experience at the bountiful petco was NOT good. I've had a few bad experiences with this petco. The staff have attitude problems and take it out on their customers. I will NEVER go back to this petco. NEVER! I'm not paying hundreds of dollars to be treated in a bad way. Talk about entitlement... I'm over Petco...

We have used other Petcos for grooming forever, but this location is a no go. We dropped our dog off today with very clear instructions to take some length off of his tail and to clean his ears out well. We picked him up and his tail was shaved to the skin completely. The outside of his ears were shaved completely, not the inside. He has razor lines down his back. His paws are jagged and uneven. It’s a disaster. I’ve never been so angry with a service received. $127.95 for something a CHILD could have done better. Never again.

I’m supper sorry to do this as I don’t write much reviews. Took my dog to get groomed. Bath which is a Deep-cleaning shampoo with a Scented Spritz, teeth, brushing for 15 minutes, nails trimmed. When I got her, I really didn’t think of smelling her. I could tell that her nails were trimmed because they weren’t tapping the floor. I take it to my friends house to show off the new dog and she smells the dog and she’s like she still smells like dog, her breath stinks like a mother.I smelled her and I’m like oh my goodness I can’t believe it! She did not smell fresh and her breath did not smell good! So she just gave my dog a bath with her dog shampoo and boy what a smell difference we brushed your teeth as well and she’s good as new. And on top of that, I tipped the groomer. What a waste of 60 bucks which was just for nail clips.
