We had airbag recall work and then maintenance work done on our Honda Pilot. The staff was fast and professional and got the work done in a couple hours. Initially, we had a mechanical problem, but performance Honda went out of their way to fix the issue and to give me a good experience. Their service manager offered to pickup up my vehicle from my driveway and give me a 2024 loaner vehicle for a couple days while they were completing repairs. They also free a complimentary transmission oil change. I am very impressed with how hard they work to treat their customers right.

We bought a Pilot this week. Tyler McConnell was the best salesman we worked with!!! (And we went to 6 different dealership within the last week.) He was helpful and not pushy AT ALL. If we needed time to talk he would kindly walk away and let us talk. He was even kind to our young kids when we came back to sign the papers. Thanks Tyler!!

Brought in my 2019 Honda Accord for some routine maintenance. Prices are a little bit hefty but is to be expected at any dealership. The Receptionist, Lauren, was a joy to speak with. She really made my visit and has wonderful customer service. Service was very timely and I appreciate the work of the Honda crew! Will be returning

Amazing service. Kevin and Jason helped me the whole way through my car buying process. They spent hours making sure I was taken care of and got approved to the exact car I wanted.These men work so hard.They are truly so kind and honest.I recommend this car dealership to anyone. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service i was given at Performance Honda Bountiful!!My 34-years-old Honda CRX had failed its emissions test at a different (franchise) oil service shop. I didn't know where to begin with my repairs on it, so i took it to these guys. They looked at it fast, and sent me a video of what they saw, along with their diagnosis, before i even made it home to wait!Then they sent a ride out to get me back over there, and basically handed my car back over to me. (I plan to do my own repairs.)I just find it remarkable that they didn't charge me a dime for any of this level of service! It really makes all the difference to someone who's already facing some rather crippling car-repair costs!

I worked with Ryan and Tyler (briefly) and had an overall amazing experience and got my new car!! They were easy to communicate with and have convenient hours. Test drove the car twice before purchasing and Ryan knew good routes to test drive (streets, highway, and even a beautiful mini canyon drive with a hill). Steven was informative about the lease and warranty. No one was pushy about sales and there was no spending hours at the dealership waiting around- buying took about an hour and a half. 1000% recommend! Thank you again!

Just bought a car from here and the rep you helped us (conner) was amazing! Not pushy at all, the process was super smooth. We were able to get the car my wife wanted to fit our 3 kids, the car is smooth and perfect. Definitely going back if I need to buy another vehicle. 10/10 recommend this dealership and ask for conner! He’s the best!

From start to finish we had a great experience at Performance Honda in Bountiful! Ryan Garcia was exceptional to work with- it was just an absolute pleasure. I'll be referring everyone to him! And Steve in finance was so helpful in explaining different financing options to us. We never felt any pressure- the entire process was just so smooth. We love the little used CRV we bought and will be back to buy our next Honda from them! Thank you making it so I don't dread shopping for cars anymore!

I just bought a CRV from Dale at Performance Honda. He had been watching for a new one for me because most new ones are already spoken for. The price was great! I think the whole process took about an hour and a half start to finish. How great is that! Dale went through all the features the car had with me. I really appreciated that because my Honda Civic had none of the new bells and whistles. I’ve driven it for 2 weeks and my gas mileage is better than what the sticker said it would be. I love Performance. I will never go anywhere else!!

My husband and I bought a SUV in March 2023 and not even 5 months later are having to put over $1547.41 into fixing several issue and now quoted to put another $1301.54 to fix yet another issue. We were told the car was previously owned by an individual who worked at Performance Honda and that the car was looked over by a technician so we should be good to go. However come to find out there was a transmission issue, fan belts needed replaced and the R&R APIM module needs replaced. Yes we bought the car "as is" however we would have not purchase the SUV if we had to put $3k into it not even 5 months after purchase. Yes, it could be coincidental but THREE major issues and the fact that the SUV was previously owned by on of their employees is very suspicious. This seems like fraud or at least misrepresentation of the sale as they covered up some issues the technician would have known about. After reaching out to Performance Honda they expressed they could not do anything as it had been 5 months and we chose to buy "as is". If you choose to purchase a vehicle from this establishment I would be VERY weary and recommend you don't.

Went in for the free diagnosis coupon with a TPMS light. He same saying they have to start by replacing the sensors, then when i cornered him he told me that they didnt hook it up to the computer to figure out whats wrong, they just hit me up with a $600 repair bill, when i said no and i would like the car to get diagnosed first, he told me straight up that I just want a free diagnosis, which is what this dealer offered at the time. That just made me feel horrible as if i am taking advantage of them, which i am not, i am using a coupon they offered on their website.Spoke to the manager, and he said: absolutely, will hook it up to the computer to see what codes we get." Service advisor came after saying that the computer is not picking up the sensors which is a straight up lie as I went to a tire shop after and their $2 computer picked up the sensors (see pictures below). This told me that technicians are not cooperating with service management. Service: If you want people to come in and spend some $$$, then ask you technicians to be honest first.Will never go their again for other than oil changes and tire rotation, and even I am skeptical at this.

Tyler worked diligently to provide a pleasant customer experience while also meeting my needs. I highly recommend Performance Honda Bountiful and most importantly, LOVE my new car!

Just picked up my 2018 Ram 2500 from this dealership. Ryan Garcia helped me throughout the entire process since I purchased out of state. He was very attentive, great communication skills and even picked me up from the airport when I was ready to pick up my truck. The buying experience with Enrique was great! Super simple and quick to come to a deal that worked. I purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey. When they brought the offer sheet out with all the different fees, I crossed off the ones I did not want to pay. They were willing to work with me except for the Detailing fee. I accepted it and moved on to the purchase. There was an issue with the detailing that I paid for. When I reached out to the salesman, he said he would get back to me but didn’t. It took the GM of the dealership to make sure that I was taken care of. Overall it was a fine experience, but make sure to check every nook of your new vehicle before you leave the lot.
