The customer service here is beyond what I expected! When it comes to suits, people want to feel and look their best. My experience at this location is that the people here are dedicated to helping people feel and look their best! I couldn’t be happier with my experience as I navigated through the process of getting a suit that looks amazing for my upcoming wedding! I loved how much this store cares about providing a great experience! I will be coming back to this location for my next suit purchase.

Professional but friendly. Took suits in to be altered. Did not have to wait. Have not got my suits back yet, but expect them to be perfect

Definitely not the Mr Mac of the 1980's in the ZCMI Mall where we dealt with Mac (the owner) himself, it was a right of passage as a missionary, but at least there are many more convenient stores. Have had wonderful experiences at the Layton and Taylorsville locations recently (Redwood Road) so expected the same in Bountiful. That was until we were "helped" by Matt Shurtliff. He was snide, condescending and overcharged us on two items (I explained we were on a budget, extra pair of shoes and a Chinese gonga brand shoulder bag)...almost gleefully. I didn't want to ruin the experience/memory for our missionary and we had gotten the bulk of his stuff at the other location. I understand this was "our" experience in Bountiful (I'm sure the store itself and other employees are great)...but I would avoid Mr. Shurtliff for ANY missionary/clothing needs.

Mr. Parry Lee was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and was very good at calming anxieties when we bought clothes for my son who is leaving on a mission this fall. We have nothing like Mr. Mac where we live in NC so taking a trip to the store while we were in UT was well worth our time and money. Mr. Lee had great insight for our son in regards to the shoes he would need and how to best maintain the & Collar shirts that we wanted to buy for him.

If you want to spend a lot of money go to Mr. Mac. Also the salesman was very pushy to buy the most expensive items. If you want to spend top dollar go to Nordstrom not Mr. Mac. Otherwise you can find quality missionary clothing at Amazon, JC Penney or Costco, etc. and you don't have to deal with aggressive sales people.

Parry went above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful and kind. We came in to look at suits for my son. Parry listened to and respected my sons style preference showing him only items that are in tune with his style.Our experience with Parry was positive and we will be back to visit Parry.

Very friendly and professional employees. It does not feel like a chore to get clothes here. Very fast to find the right suit. The tailoring to your size usually takes a week or so.

I have bought suits here in the past and this was the final straw. The hem in your pants will come out after a few wears. Don't buy a suit from the young kid. I went to pick up my suit before a wedding. I foolishly took it home thinking they would have tailored it properly. The waist was 4" too big the pant crotch is 5" below where it should be and the jacket is too big. Too big in the front and the sleeves were not even touched. I am wearing a "Donald Trump" style suit to my brothers wedding because the kid couldn't listen and the tailor doesn't understand what the white marks mean. Where do you want the suit cuff? Just up, like this so you can see the white of the shirt.... You can barely see my knuckles. I suffered through wearing a suit that didn't fit. When I took it back and they took care of me and alterations are lifetime free.After 4 fittings with their tailor the pants still don't fit right. The pockets in my pants are so far back that they should be considered back pockets. I'm sorry to say, even with all their help and customer service this is a never-never again for me.
