They have the Momentum Cito E+ in stock. The store is clean and full of choices. Being unfamiliar with E-bikes, I had a LOT of questions. I was treated with respect and knowledge. They have a lot to offer-not just sales. I noticed what appears to be a good service area and mechanics. I purchased a Bike and what I perceive to be great service contract.

My husband has been on a "let's get bikes" kick. I went from not wanting to walk into the store to leaving with 2 bikes (Momentum & Haibike). The knowledge and customer service was outstanding. They had our bikes ready with all our modification in under 2 hours. The owner even gave us a military discount to thank us for our service, which is unheard of when buying e-bikes. 1st my wife didnt want to go in today. But it was a pleasant surprise for her. Very friendly and answered all our questions. Took the time to show us all the differences and explained the design pros and cons of each one. We went in to take a look and tried a couple of bikes. Went to rent some and my beautiful wife said just ring up both bikes. We are excited to get some riding in together!

I went in to get a mountain bike today and I couldn't be more pleased. Christian costlow was very informative and very professional. I got what I came for good service and my bike. I would definitely recommend going here for all your E bike needs. I know I'll be back.

My wife and I decided to get e-bikes and we were told that Great Western e-bikes was the place to go. We could not be happier!! The staff and owner were fantastic to us. They were very very supportive and understanding and answered our questions. Their knowledge of the bikes is second to none. We were not "upsold" at all. They gave us their professional opinions and we ran with them. I would and will recommend Great Western E-bikes to anyone who wants a great bike at a great deal and from a great business. 100% recommended.

Came in with an issue with my brake line yesterday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and sent me on my way all in 10 minutes!They are fantastic, knowledgeable, approachable, and enthusiastic.

We bought our first two Giant E-Bikes from Great Western E-Bikes in April 2022; so far everything has been working great. They, Christian (the owner of the store), Timothy, and Joshua, tried their best to assure the transaction as smooth as possible, and that we were 100% satisfied with our new E-Bike Purchases. Afterwards, they have been very helpful for answering our questions, suggesting accessories, providing technical information, and handling a minor warranty replacement request, etc. Overall, we are glad that we bought our E-Bikes from this friendly and helpful place. -- June 2022.

If you are looking for Ebike sales or service on any type of bike I highly recommend their team. These guys are great. I ride a lot, a few hundred miles per year. My adult son and neighbors use them as well. I purchased a Intense Racing Taser E-bike for my wife, loved it so much I ended up buying myself one. Their service and repair people are great, they get you fixed and back on the trail twice as fast as the other guys. Their parts and accessories are reasonably priced.

I really can’t say enough about how amazing our experience at Great Western E-Bikes was. I know a little about mountain bikes, but absolutely nothing about e-bikes. Timothy spent a solid hour with my wife and I educating us on all of the different options. Needless to say my wife has her new e-bike that is absolutely perfect for her, and she couldn’t be happier!!If you are in the market for a new e-bike, go to Great Western and ask for Timothy. You won’t be disappointed.

This locally owned store is fantastic. Great service from both the manager and owner. I went in 3 times to check out the bikes and test ride a few. Timothy was great to answer all of my questions, as I am a beginner in both cycling and Ebikes. Brent, the owner was super helpful when he got involved when I had made my decision to purchase. I have ridden my bike dozens of times since I bought it and have loved every ride. The ability for me to ride wherever I want and use various levels of assist, was exactly what I was looking for. The bike is super high quality. I am super happy that I supported such good guys, and I have been rewarded with a fantastic machine! I highly recommend Great Western Ebike over any shop that happens to sell Ebikes on the side. At Great Western, that’s all the do, and they do it well!
