Called 2x to see about Roller belt replacements for 2 vacumes. Show up to location only to find out he has moved location to his home. Waited in the parking lot, waiting for the return call his answering service said he would come only to be blown off. This business is unoccupied as of 3/4/24.

We have used Ford’s Vacu-Maid for over 30 years. We have had their system installed in several different houses that our family has built. Their product is exceptional. Their service is great. We call and they respond when we need them.

I can’t really give the actual vacuum a good fair review because the system won’t stay functioning long enough to tell. It takes weeks to get anyone to call back and even longer to get an appointment set up. I’ve only had central vac for a year and it has completely stopped working 5 times and has taken a minimum of 2 weeks each time to get someone out to look at it. Do your research and don’t go to Ford’s vacumaid.

I Have had Ford's Vacu-maid central vac for 15 years and love it. Never any issues only wanted to upgrade my floor tool last year. Love the Honest good work from these guys. Definitely recommend.

WORST WORST WORST company to deal with!!! I took my vacuum there a month ago to be fixed. I was told it would only take a week. Four weeks later I finally picked it up (not fixed) so another company could get it done for me. I got the run around every time I called and was promised that it would be fixed the next day each time. No one will give you a call back as well. Horrible customer service!!!!!
