Had to get DOT physical, I'm from Alabama. An excellent experience. Nurse and Doc where awesome, friendly and professional. If I lived here this would definitely be my primary physician. Thank you for welcoming me.

On a completely unbusy day, expect to wait an hour just to actually get into an appointment and a whole other hour for the doctor to actually come see you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me an antibiotic for an infection I didn’t have. My little neighbor ended up at PCMC because they failed to properly treat a UTI and he almost ended up in surgery.

Patients, beware!
Because of my HMO plan, I had to go to this clinic. Even though I went to the clinic for ankle pain a few months ago, the clinic insisted I had sprained it (misdiagnosed) and fallen and just didn't know. Went to a real doctor afterwards and they said i had gout... something the clinic could have just tested with a simple blood test.
The second time I went there because my significant other told me to because I was having trouble breathing, coughing and had a sore throat... they tested me for strep (mis- not diagnosing me). I went to the other doctor and they figured out I had bronchitis...
This clinic clearly doesn't know what they're doing and they're dangerous with their misdiagnosies. Never going here again. Patients, beware!

Honestly disgusted the receptionist isn’t wearing a mask. Came in to get tested for Covid but be tested without payment. All of this after not working for a week.

I needed a Covid-19 test. When I first entered, the waiting room was packed and dirty. The staff were not friendly and after 25 min showed me to a dimely light room. It had cords on the floor and a medical device (not for me) left on one of the chairs. I then had to wait for 30 min before a staff member came in and took the medical device. She said they were busy. I was the only one on a room. After 45 min of waiting in the room they gave me my test. I then had to pay a $50 co pay before leaving. Unless you can't go any where else I would not recommend this place.

Clean and friendly place. I went in for an ear infection, they got me right in and the doctor listened to me. It's so nice when a healthcare professional listens to their patient and understands since they have been living in that body their whole life, they may know a thing or 2 on what works and what doesn't.

Extremely slow for DOT medical card especially toward CDL drivers. If you wanna get your medical card because it hinges on your livelihood, I would never recommend this place. I wouldn't even recommend this place even to my enemies. Waited 45 minutes. That's how bad it is. I noticed that there is a priority system, I know this, because three people came in without an appointment and got in. Maybe more money gets priority? First come first serve is not true by the way. Soon as I mentioned a priority system, two guys got their money back and left. I was patient, but what I got for being patient was misleading information, they forget to give me a form that will clarify what they need from my doctor. My primary doctor asked me questions I had no answers to because staff in general in this building are so unorganized and sound like they have no clue or idea how to conduct themselves. As a matter of fact, I came to get my high blood pressure checked and it was high, but the doctor here pissed me off with his demeaning attitude that made my high blood pressure worst before taking my second testing. Ridiculously unprofessional and uncalled for. Maybe that's his personality? I'm not getting paid to figure out why he is the way he is. Anyway, I didn't get my medical card and I will be out of work for two weeks. These individuals don't realize they are taking food out of my children's mouth, or maybe they do but don't care. It's their kids or mine right? CDL drivers, you have been warned.

Not recommended for the COVID test....h the employees here are extremely inefficient. Make you wait for about an hour just to get your test done... and the report is delayed for couple of days....I’m still not receiving my result for 6 days....The only good thing is the doctor is very helpful and friendly.

I was first in line at 9 am. I was there for Covid testing. Paperwork took 20 minutes, temperature and swab 5, Doctor checked my lungs during deep breathing, said results in 3 to 5 days. Out of there in 45 minutes total. By then 5 to 7 patients waitingGreat job!

Went here for covid testing and was second one through the door but I had to wait over an hour to get tested. Very slow process. Go somewhere else if you want to get tested quickly

I have gone here twice and I wasn’t fully impressed. But they were open and I felt like I needed to go. One was workmans comp related and one Covid related. Their lobby has zero privacy and it doesn’t help their receptionists even when asked to be discreet they blast you for everyone to hear. I had a prewritten note the second time about being discreet about getting a Covid test and I felt like the receptionist was louder on purpose.I waited 2.5 hours for a Covid test. I have been waiting now going on 5 days for my Covid test and they originally told me if I don’t hear anything by Monday I am negative for Covid. I called the number on the paper/website and they said they haven’t even received my Covid test from sat 11/14? And when they process them and me get my results it will be 5 days. The nurse told me if I don’t get a call back I’m negative. I don’t know what people take with this information but they send the results to Tennessee. I feel like they lack empathy for a patient. My workmans comp situation wasn’t handled nicely either. The Dr more or less didn’t care. 0/2 for having a good day experience!
