I was trying to send 5 pounds of (Premium) Chocolate to Arizona to a youth wilderness program that I had gone through myself. I know how much it meant to me so, I wanted to give it back. I wrote the address down before I got there, and payed for a shipment that never made it on time/at all for Valentines Day. Not sure what I did wrong in sending it out, but I never even got the chocolate returned to me. Nor did I get a good explanation for why it happened.

Colin is at least a 7-star employee, but I am limited to five stars. This guy is efficient and knows the ins and outs of international shipping. Thanks for getting the job done so well, Colin!

Had to go here to return Google routers and had an awful experience. There were 3 employees and 2 people waiting in line. I was second in line and was not offered help by the 2 employees doing nothing. I waited for 10 minutes for a simple drop off before another person came in behind me. One worker was setting up a display and completely ignoring the line piling up. The guy that came in after me went up to the employee setting up a display and told him he needed to drop something off. The worker stopped what he was doing to help him despite the fact I was there first and also "just needing to drop off". Rude customers and rude employees. Will not return.

This “business” deserves ZERO stars. The service was great up until we were charged $229 for sending an expedited passport. Then we were told that we needed to start the process over again at the Bountiful Post Office. FedEx has yet to refund us. It was only a $35 fee to send an expedited passport request via the post office.The post office also informed us that previous FedEx customers have reported their experiences to the BBB and the “rush my passport” business that FedEx offers on their website is a complete fraud…fleecing people’s wallets.I am certainly not at all surprised that FedEx has only 3 stars.

This location used to be so helpful and user friendly, but I think I've done my last business with FedEx. They tried to charge me $8.00 for the act of placing 2 images on a page, in addition to the print fees. It's a mouse-drag. The staff have no interest in being helpful and don't care about your projects.

Sent an overnight package of a chilled shipment. Arrived in two days instead of one. When I talked to them they referred me to the website to file a claim, which was promptly denied even though tracking showed it arrived late. Tried to get through the automated system to a person to no avail. If you have brick and mortar locations you should be able to get help from the humans in the store you shipped from. I lost hundreds and they lost a regular small business customer because it has not been easy or possible to get the obvious refund.

Poor--just really poor. I allotted myself 20 minutes to print a 4 page color .pages file. However, the print-and-go couldn't handle that file type, the junior person working their was equally perplexed. The senior person there blew us off saying she wouldn't be able to give attention to anything else for another hour. It's honestly not that hard to convert a file to PDF or use a Mac to print. The lack of service was truly disappointing.

The manager speaks at the volume of a mouse and made me and my toddler wait 35 min trying to get my print and go email and then an email to the actual store to print a shipping label. I started conversation saying that I thought their email system might be down because I had two successful sends but nothing was coming back from them. He assured me the issue was on my end… as I left he assured me that if I kept waiting it would eventually come through if I was doing it right. I won’t be coming back. Waste of time.

Michael was incredible. He was so fast and professional! He helped guide me through the customs process and made sure to take the time to explain not only how to do everything correctly so I could ship my items, but also why all the steps were necessary. He moved with purpose 100% of the time and I am honestly impressed with the consistent high standard he put forth. From beginning to end I had an excellent experience and am not even that mad it was so expensive lol.Just ask or wait for Michael, that guy is 5 stars all day.
