I wouldn’t even give this 1 star. Went in to get graduation balloons this morning and i bought 14 for my graduation party. It was slightly windy outside but i had a good grip on the strings of the balloons. I ended up losing 2 balloons because they weren’t tied on properly. I went back in the store and the employee bald, white, 6ft, didn’t catch his name, told me sales were final at the door. I replied with “Seriously? The reason it came off was because the string wasn’t on properly” in a kind toned manner. He didn’t even look at me. Full on ignored me. I don’t care about the $3 these balloons costed, it’s the principle of the situation. Ignoring customers is rude and disrespectful. Will not be giving this location another cent.

I publicly denounce a Dollar Tree employee for racist behavior, incompetence in serving customers and verbal aggression towards my baby, who is only 3 years old, and my little one, who is only 1 year old, towards me, even there knowing that I am pregnant, his attitude. She was the most aggressive, haughty and racist just for being Hispanic, clarifying that at no time did I respond to her, I just let her behavior be the way she wanted to know how she would continue acting, she went too far when she yelled at my little girl at a Perceiving that I was drawing her attention from my baby and being present, she did not mind speaking aggressively to my baby. She thought that she did not understand anything about angles, so she decided to behave in a rude, racist and aggressive manner. This happened on 5/19/2024 around 2 at 3 pm in the afternoon at the Dolar tree in Bountiful waiting for Dolar tree to take action on this behavior this could lead to a severe lawsuit because this is not the first time it has happened
The person did not have a badge with a man or a single piece of clothing that would identify him as a Dollar Tree employee. He was dressed in civilian clothes with light brown shorts and a black t-shirt, his hair is short and he is robust.

They have the cutest seasonal items, I always want to buy everything!! It's always the same cashier that is at the registers, she's always very nice and friendly.

Horrible customer service. Followed us around the store and accused us incessantly of stealing one of the workers phones. (We were also the only people of color in the store) Incredibly rude and hostile. Wouldn’t go to this location unless you like being harassed by their employees.

Cashier was rude. Also smelled of cigarettes. Come here often with my mom but this cashier was very off putting. Wasn't wearing a name tag. I haven't seen her before. Had long gray hair. Before this my interactions with the staff have been neutral.

I was treated rudely by a male store employee who came up to me and said, "Do you mind not stepping in that!?". In my mind I had no idea what he was talking about. I looked down and saw a soda spill. I told him his approach was rude and not the correct way to handle it. I let him know it would have been better to have just informed me of the spill. I just learned he is the store manager which makes it even worse. I will NEVER set foot in this location again. Every word out of his mouth was rude and condescending.

The assistant manager, I believe her name was Sam, was so attentive and went above and beyond with customer service. She said that the store manager was Christopher and that he had trained her. She is to be commended!

Wouldn’t even give this one star. Store is always a mess and product thrown all over. I used to work at a Dollar Tree so I get how much of it is customer caused, but we employees were always able to keep the store cleaned and organized nonetheless. ?♀️ The employees here are rude and lazy. Don’t even bother asking them to find something for you. If it isn’t out on the floor, they’re not going to walk to the back and look for you, even though they’re perfectly capable. Better off avoiding this location in my opinion.

I love going to this store but today 1/23/24 the associates made it very uncomfortable. They were loud and sharing personal stories like, talking about someone wanting alcohol and waking up gpa to get some. So unprofessional. Then same voice was tearing down another associate so everyone in the store could hear. Maybe because a truck was coming that this person was loud and obnoxious. There were two associates that were kind and professional, I wish I knew their names. One was my cashier the other was a gentleman who got a stool and helped me get things down from the top hooks. He was also the one who was torn down.

Don't try to get a job here if you have anything at all on your background, they want a squeeky clean perfect background. The store manager Christopher who interviewed me is a complete stoner and the assistant manager Sam is very rude and downright mean to the customers. I am glad I did not get a job here working with these clowns.
