This is an excellent pharmacy! The employees are consistent and do a great job assisting, going the extra mile, always make extra effort to ensure the amount charged is correct, and adeptly work out any issues with the insurance. The communication is excellent and the Pharmacists give excellent advice. My family has used this pharmacy for nine years and would recommend them to anyone!

Employees were super nice. Contacted me whether in person or over the phone the minute there was an issue with any of my 2 scripts. Willing to help with whatever they could on their end to make sure I was able to get the medication that my physician had written out for me.

Frequently, ignorant and rude to their customers. Last time I picked up a prescription there,they charged me full retail price as though I wasn’t even a Costco member

I spoke with a pharmacist having just some general questions and have never been treated more poorly. She instantly accused me of lying, which made no sense because I hadn't even made any claims that I could be accused of lying about! Its as if she was continuing an argument from someone else. She would not answer my questions, and just told me to go to another pharmacy. What a j**** The prescription could not be transferred to another pharmacy, I had to have my doctor rewrite a prescription, and they were out of town over a long weekend. So I just go without my prescribed meds for no reason other than some high and mighty pharmacist taking her personally problems out on me. This wasn't some tech or anything either, it was a "legit" pharmacist. I don't understand why people can be so unbelievably rude to others like this. I just don't get it.

Staff is very Rude & dismissive! I’ve had medications in different bottles. They’re charging 2-3x’ for same meds I’ve been taking for years! I’ve filed complaints, they do NOT do anything to resolve issues :((

Truly, this is one of the worst pharmacies to work with. The techs are always rude, condescending and unhelpful when I ask for clarifying questions or when I ask about my options. Without fail they disappoint every time and that's why I have switched pharmacies recently.

They never have my medications in stock so I always have to wait. I have found that the people who answer the phone in the back to be rude and unhelpful when you call. The people who work the pick up window have been nice when I've gone even when there is a long line and everyone is rushed they have been pretty good at not being rude which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1 or zero if I could use zero.
