Costco Pharmacy is an excellent pharmacy with great, super nice employees. The staff is consistent, kind, respectful, and always ready to help. They go the extra mile, make an extra effort, and are extremely helpful and friendly, often going well above and beyond their job descriptions. Employees adeptly work out issues with insurance and ensure the amount charged is correct. Communication is excellent, with pharmacists giving excellent advice, and staff proactively contacts customers about any prescription issues. However, there are reported problems with the pharmacy's text notification system not reaching customers. The pharmacy is highly recommended for its dedicated and helpful team.
Kiel is the man! Always helpful and polite. Each time I visit this location it is efficient and you feel validated.

Employees were super nice. Contacted me whether in person or over the phone the minute there was an issue with any of my 2 scripts. Willing to help with whatever they could on their end to make sure I was able to get the medication that my physician had written out for me.

Gary and Kiel are extremely helpful and friendly. They both go well above and beyond their job descriptions. I really can’t understand the negative reviews.
