A note to managment. Should be clear about return policy. Wouldn't let me return an item because it was considered "final sale". Who knew? Even then, Sign isn't visible to customers, nothing was said at time of purchase, along with this there is nothing printed on the receipt with this information. First time shopping here and im disappointed with my experience.

If I could give this store less than one star, I would. I came in to buy some gardening supplies. Hog wire panels and fence posts, a few other items. I had not been to this store, and had never purchased hog wire panels so l needed some info about dimensions, where to tind the product, etc. The cashier I asked about these things smirked at my questions, treated me like I was extremely stupid, and seemed extremely inconvenienced by my basic questions, which she provided lazy, half-answers for. Only go to this store if you want atrocious service and like getting treated like a moron. And don't you dare inconvenience the staff with your money or business. Apparently they have more important things to do than sell products to customers.

I purchased an item at C-A-L and was frustrated that I could not find refills for that new purchase. I thought the employee would have let me know of the challenge to buy those refills. When I went back to the store to see if we could work something out Marla said she would have to ask her boss and would call me back. It's been almost 2 weeks and no word back. I like C-A-L and will still shop there. I was just disappointed with the lack of info on the initial sale and no call back when I was told I would hear from them.

I go to this store often. Marla is always very kind! I hope the management takes some comments posted earlier, with a grain of salt, or take into consideration the kind of person that would wish death on an employee's family. The content of his post alone deems it unworthy of any kind of consideration in my opinion. The kind of person that would wish death on someones family like that recent post, is likly a low life. It is likely that the employee probably stopped his children from doing some unacceptable, or possibly dangerous behavior. I doubt she said something to his family for no reason. Due to his poor writing skills, and lack of english grammar, the person that posted the disturbing, and unacceptable post, is lacking in education. He seems to be missing an acceptable upbringing as well.

This store has an amazing selection of products and a friendly and helpful staff. I have seen some comments on here about specific employees and find it disturbing that one would wish death upon someone's father. Marla is the most helpful and knowledgeable employee I have experienced at the Bountiful store.

I shop in C-A-L Ranch, in Bountiful, at least once a week. I deal with many of the employees who work with the firearms and the ammunition. And the employee I like the most in Marla. She is the kindest and most knowledgeable person there. She treats everyone like they're her best friend. If you go there, ask for her. She'll treat you right.

Half the time they can’t fill your propane because the guy with the keys isn’t there. And even when they can fill your propane they charge an arm and a leg. Service is good though, and they have lost more than just propane.
