“One of my windows shattered as I was driving on the highway so I drove straight to their location to see if they can help and they were literally 3 minutes away from closing. I quickly explained everything. The receptionist, Jawny, was so mindful and helpful and literally had 11 out of 10 customer service skills so she looked up my car. The parts reached out to different locations nearby to see if they could help me tomorrow and got me an appointment and rode everything down for me so I could have it handy when I needed it.
The guys there were super helpful. They wrapped my window and literally vacuumed the front and back seat and cleaned up. All the pieces even though they literally closed at 5:00, and even though I saw that they had already cleaned everything up and were ready to close for the day, they still stayed longer to take care of my car and get me on my way. I am so very thankful and this is why I drove straight to Safelite instead of googling a bunch of places. They've also been helpful the other times I've been there ?”
