“Only reason why I’m giving a 5 star review is because of the Manager Tyson. For some reason my account got reactivated after 6 months of not using it and got charged for 7 MONTHS without them letting me know. I came to this location and got told to call the customer care. Their customer care is pure trash and didn’t want to give me a full refund even when I never went through the car wash once during that time due to their so called “policy”. Came back the same day and requested to speak with a manager. Even when I was very upset the manager Tyson behaved very professional and said he would call the customer care himself to care to try and help me out. Today after my conversation with Tyson I was fully refunded for the 7 months. Mr. Car Wash please check your system as my account got reactivated by itself without my authorization.”
