Took vehicle here for rough idling. They diagnosed and found that previous shop had placed the wrong spark plugs in the vehicle which was causing the issue. They got it done within the day which was faster than they had quoted me originally. Very please with my experience here.

Incredibly knowledgeable. Translated to efficient repairs. Thought i had something wrong with my differential, dealership wanted thousands, this shop had me pay an hour of labor to open it, turned out nothing was wrong. This tells me they are honest mechanics. Knowledgeable and honest is everything I look for in a mechanic.

Every time we have worked with The Mechanic we have felt so taken care of! The customer service from Jill is top notch and you really feel like a valued customer. The quality of work is awesome and I don’t have to worry about feeling scammed or taken advantage of. I will definitely be back with any future car problems!
