I dont even quarantine anymore when buying from them and never have had a sickness occur. Out of 50ish fish ordered from them iv only lost 3 due to shipping stress. And Josh and his team have always made it right every single time. They have my full trust in their fish. Every fish in this 75g is from them except 3”

“The crew here is always so friendly, and I do enjoy shopping here. I mostly come here for dog food even though I'm not a farmer their dog food has helped my dogs maintain a healthy lifestyle. Parking is always awesome and like I said the employees are super nice. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the pricing for almost everything else is a little expensive, but I get it why it is. It's a tough market out there and it's good quality stuff!”

“I have been working with Denyce to adopt my first feathered friend. Her, her volunteers and her nephew have all been completely amazing to work with. I've tried working with other bird adoption agencies and I've been unsuccessful because I live in Montana, and most rescues won't even consider you if you live out of their state or farther than 350 miles away, no matter how good of a fit you are. They have given me a chance and I'm so beyond grateful to them. They are incredibly caring for their birds. I've been in twice now and you can see just how much they care for the birds in their care and as a whole. They are SO BEYOND knowledgeable about every bird in their care. They do a great job matching you with a feathered friend based on what the bird needs. She was able to decode every thing the bird did as it was doing it, explain mannerisms and she is so patient witty me and the bird. I sat there for 2 hours with 2 birds, just letting them explore me and working through their anxiety with me being a new person for them. She got other birds out to give them attention and allow them time out of their cage too, in a safe way. She has been faced with impossible situations with horders in the area and she absolutely is a safe place for these birds awaiting their forever home. They also set you up with everything you need for your feathered friend, a cage, starter food, toys, info sheets, etc. And she's a great resource. I look look forward to my next few visits with my hopeful, soon to be bird friend and I could totally see me coming back for another once I get settled with my first little friend. These are great people, I wish there were more of them. The prices are fantastic too, and you are contributing to a good cause going through her than a breeder. There are many options too. If I could give her a better review, I would. Thank you for taking care of these birds, some of which were surrendered to her many years ago. She does a good job of making sure you are matched well.”

“This is hands down my favorite pet store. The staff is so knowledgeable and approachable, and I trust the selected brands. There’s a large selection of raw food which can be hard to find. They’ve offered to order items they didn’t have in store or have it transferred from their other location if needed. I’m so happy I live nearby!”

I needed help and the worker took me to the isle where the products was and helped me find exactly what I was looking for he showed me multiple products and was knowledgeable about each one or he faked it pretty good. I went in the store (May11th) to grab a few things for my new puppy (Lola), one team member rushed over to meet Lola and to help me of course lol she was very knowledgeable about my questions, gave me suggestions and was very polite! She also gave me a new puppy checklist! I walked to another aisle and we were greeted by 2 more team members, very helpful and polite! While they were assisting me, we were joined by another team member, greeted Lola they made Lola felt comfortable!”

“I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. “Update!!!It’s been over a year and we’re now fostering puppies. We’ve adopted a new dog. While our fosters are not allowed to eat our cooking, because they must be on a known diet they can be regulated. Our new addition, what I like to call a bald Husky, is doing amazing on it. I did a quick consult with Angela, the owner and certified dietician, to ensure I didn’t miss anything for Chloe our new puppy. Chloe just turned a year and the vet was very happy with her health. We have gotten super quick at cooking and pepping food. It’s been so much fun. Even for the picky eater that a Husky can turn into. I am so happy we chose to go this route!I love my pooch, and he’s been in our family for almost a year. He’s got allergies to what seems to be everything!!! He’s a rescue, so I vowed that his life with me would be the best he would know. We tried all different types of food and eventually went with prescription food. It seemed to be working, but it was making him gain weight. He’s no spring chicken, but he’s a super active dog! He definitely needed something to keep him satisfied and at a healthy weight. So I got lucky to enter a conversation about dog food. In which a consumer had already been using Mindful Mutts for years, and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity!I was finally able to find a book with simple instructions on how to make homemade dog food for your fur baby with a purpose. No crazy spaghetti, or whatever other weird things you find out there now days. The website is also full of good ingredients you can use if you need to. It is shipped outto you if you can’t find a good place to buy from. However, the book is really good at breaking things down for you. So you can do your grocery list from anywhere it’s feasible for you.The owner and Author of the book, Angela, gives you the option of booking a consultation with her so you can ask her anything you may be worried about. She’s amazing, and really made this transition a lot simpler for me!!We’ve been cooking for our pooch for a little over a month and thanks to the new food, he’s already looking leaner (due to less inflammation), and his bathroom habits are amazing ?. Well his habits were great, it’s the content I’m excited about ?.He loves his new food, and he’s excited about every feeding. Added a picture of him for effect because he’s my baby ❤️”

“Pet store # 5 for the weekend. My daughter's beta didn't make it through the weekend and she wanted a new friend. Here is where she found her new friend. They had one of the largest selections of beta fish. And the selection of "other" fish was pretty impressive. The young man working in the fish section was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter and her line up of potential new fish. When my daughter final found "the one" he also helped select tears and food for her buddy. The other employees we encountered we very helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience.”

“I love the Petco Pals program that gives me cash back based on cash spent at Petco. I also love that they can look up my order even when I didn't keep the receipt. I recently bought some expensive dog food that came highly recommended. Our two Labradoodles pick through their food and spit the new expensive food out onto my floor. Super messy and super frustrating! Anyway, the rep I talked to said they will take the food back within 30 days with the receipt or Pals number. Whew! Spoiled puppies - and thanks, Petco, for the return policy!”
