Bought a container, had to wait on delivery, but when I tried to contact them later on they never returned my emails. Phone number didn’t work (trying to find a new one for them), and they delete the Facebook messages I leave inquiring into what happened. I bought the container (over $3k) a year and a half ago. No container, no contact, no refund.

They say water tight air tight. I received my container with multiple rust holes through the doors and back of container (at least 12). They also say you can reject the container so I did. They sent out a replacement in worse condition than the first container. So at that point I did not want to chance a third rusted out container so I asked for my money back. They said ok only to find a partial refund. Then they start the run around calling endlessly to different people try to get my full refund it never happened they took $2300 from me because they were not shipping what they said they were and had acquired shipping charges and passed that on to me with a obvious mark up so they could still make money on nothing. The driver’s had no idea what they were supposed to pick up in the shipping yard they would just take what was given no relationship with my mini casa. Do Not Order From Them.

Company took a payment of 40k from one of my customers and then went under. It hasn’t delivered any of the containers and will not refund the money. Agents also haven’t been paid out on orders for months.

Purchased a 20' Shipping container in Full back in April/May. I was instructed by myminicasa.com via phone and email to schedule the delivery using their online scheduling. I had a confirmed delivery day of Monday june 24th 2019 in the afternoon. I drove 2.5 hours up to my house and paid a contractor with an excavator to wait their all day to move the shipping container to its location on the property. Waited all day. I called My Mini casa 9 Times and their voice mail was full. I also emailed their general box as well as a gentlemen named Aaron. I took off from work today and paid my contractor almost $2,000 with the machine to be their. I am beyond furious and will be also contacting consumer affairs to figure out what kind of scam they are running here.

My husband Randolph order #82373 ordered and received a container from this company. He received it and it had holes in the roof. He called the company and the guy delivering it did not leave until they agreed to send us a patch kit and refund a portion of the money. The patch kit we received was not sufficient for the job. The patch was not pliable so it would not bend to cover the holes.

Purchased container 4/20/19, still not delivered. Have played phone tag over these weeks and no one seems to be in touch with anyone else. Requests for email documentations have gone unanswered, promises to "get ahold of and call back" falling through. I'm slowly coming to the realization I'm another screwed over customer. Told by everyone I've called that they can't get ahold of X persons when I personally have gotten thru to all X persons. This is insanity.

I Purchased a Storage Container from My Mini Casa and it was a great experience. The container condition was as described. They delivered it to our cabin in a remote area. The driver was AMAZING! it was very difficult to get up the last 200 yards to our property but he was amazing and was able to get it very close to the location we wanted. I would definitely use them again.

Let me just say, I have read a few poor reviews of the company and the delivery process. My experience was nothing but 5 star! From the time I talked to Alex to order my 2 boxes, to talking to Craig about my modifications, talking to David to coordinate the delivery of my 2 boxes. Everyone of them were patient with my many questions, very professional and courteous. My 2 boxes were delivered as planned and were in the condition that I expected for what I paid for. I would highly recommend them. If I need more boxes I will definitely call them. Thank you myminicasa and the whole team for my wonderful experience.

You said you have no idea what D3177 Brown was talking about and accused being competitor. What a copout Aaron Peterson the owner. Instead of answering Browns concerns you pawn it off. Yes you can make changes to orders retroactively. You can change sizes so why not other information? You say you have a money back guarantee but that is a lie. You do take a cancellation fee and only refund once a week so you hold the customers money. How do I know this? My uncle was as a delivery driver delivering terrible condition Containers. Now everyone is bailing because you do not fulfill your promises to anyone. We know first hand you did not pay your sales reps or the container vendors or your drivers. When your people do not want to work at you company, you withhold the pay they earned and work hard for & then you threaten them that you will sue them even though you know you cannot. How many people and who else do you owe money to Aaron? Your corporate, your sales and your drivers all talk you know. We all agree that you should be locked up. Karma Mr. Peterson. Quit threatening otherwise you will wake up to a class action suit from the drivers, your employees, sales reps, container vendors, irs, even customers and ypur family. Nobody likes or respects you.

We were given a "firm" delivery date of April 9th by our salesperson who was emphatic that they would deliver the container within 10 days. I was never contacted with any more information. We called dozens of times only to receive many false dates. On April 23rd, with no phone call telling us when they were coming we show up to find a driver in my business parking lot at 7:00am with my container tied to a tree in our side yard. He was going to drop it in the center of our property if we had not caught him. When confronted he said he was just loosening it up on his trailer to get ready for when we showed up. Then he told us that mini casa had lied to us about what it takes to drop a container and that we should have multiple trucks and paid extra for a roll-off. The only silver lining is after being charged on April 1st we at least now have a container. Miserable experience, very stressful, poor communication.

Dishonest. Terms and conditions are as presented prior to purchase. The company can electronically alter any attachment sent to you retroactively. If the shipping container is NOT in good condition when delivered, refusal to accept the product can result in you paying full shipping costs. Note as is! Also, buyer be ware. The company informed me today that even if you immediately cancel the order when you finally do get a receipt that besides holding out a cancellation fee, they will not refund your card. All refunds are done by check. This allows them to use your monies interest free until this lengthy refund process occurred. They also do not want to honor written correspondence- they accept verbal phone calls only for cancellation processing. I have documented practices that indicate this company may have red flags and will be submitting them to the attorney generals office for follow up.

Fast delivery. I placed the order on April 4th and the 40' container was in place on April 12th. This was an extremely smooth process from beginning to end and I'd absolutely do it again. Rian was great in working with me to get exactly what I needed when I placed the order. Great follow up for sure. Overnight we had torrential rains, high winds and tornado warnings. This morning there wasn't a single drop of water in the container. Very impressive and I'd highly recommend Mini Casa to anyone! No doubt.
