I send in three Rolex watches, two of mine and my wife's for service and repair. Leo, Rebecca, and his staff are extremely professional. Upon return, the watches run and look as if they just left the factor in Switzerland. I had a small chip on one of the stems of my Datejust. Leo was able to repair the chip with the original material that Rolex uses in their production. You absolutely cannot see the repair. I love this dainty gold choker and when it snapped I was so sad because I didn’t think it was going to be worth the price to fix it. I actually went to inquire at Kay’s and they looked at it and said it was going to take them over two weeks and that I should look at Southtowne because it would be cheaper and faster. Pretty hilarious that the competition is the one recommending I come here but they were right! Tony was so kind and fixed my necklace so fast. It’s as good as new, I told my parents who went that day to get my mom’s ring fixed and he worked his magic again! 10/10 recommend!”

“I had my wedding ring (almost 18 years old) repaired when the diamond fell out. I took in the diamond and ring and they told me the amethysts had also chipped/cracked. He was surprised at the good condition with the age of the the ring that those hadn't come out. They had to build up the prongs to reset the diamond and added new amethysts. It was like a new ring, the work was so beautiful! So happy I took it here for repair.”
