My old accountant messed up my 2019 & 2020 taxes pretty badly, I Found Sharlene at H&R Block in Bluffdale, Utah, she re-filed both. Now instead of paying the IRS over $7,000 I'm getting a $300 refund & the State of Utah I owed over $1,000 & now that's taken care of too! I've worked with her since & every time I call she answers the phone with a smile in her voice & treats me like I'm her only client! Thank You Sharlene

I called prior to my appointment to find out pricing. After explaining over the phone the simplicity of my taxes I was told it would likely be around $130. Somehow going from using the Standard Deduction to Itemizing for just my Mortgage Interest and Property taxes it netted me $147 over the Standard Deduction, but then since that added forms to the process my price to have my taxes done went up to 295. If you do the math 295-130=165, which is more than I gained by Itemizing. I feel like the senior Tax Specialist should have recommended my taking the Standard Deduction. Rather than me losing money the aim should have been to do what gains/saves me money. 14 minutes of work for $295 hell of a return for H&R Block.

2nd year in a row of getting poorly treated and taxes done wrong. How do I know its wrong; the IRS sent a letter saying where she went wrong and messed up our put together form. Never again.
